    Unfortunately, he decided that he no longer wanted to be with her and she feels betrayed. She has probably looked at the state of her career, which was put on hold and is angry that she’s now left behind to start over from scratch while his path is paved with a lot of high paying opportunities.
    That being said, I don’t think it’s healthy or reasonable to hold onto that forever. Alimony should not last for years, especially when the child support is significant enough to pay for childcare when you return to the workforce.
    It is a bit suspicious that he’d give up such a high paying job that helps support his children, for something that pays so little. He would not be the first parent to willfully lower their income to reduce their financial obligation/child support.

Then too Lonnie brought it full circle and talked to women in that situation and helped them understand okay now at some point though it is time to go out there and get it how you live and not just live on the coat tail of the man who did you wrong. Personally I believe alimony should definitely have a time limit in certain situations. Now on the other hand... if I am in a position I don't have a skill to build a career because all my time and effort went into supporting you and yours and if I have grown old with you and my cute face and slim waist ain't what it use to be👀....make sure the new girl understand the x wife is in the budget fa life💥

      I agree, I feel like they're taking his side cause he's a celeb like them, probably don't wanna mess with him being a possible future guest. Whereas his wife is not famous and they gain nothing by taking her side. I think what he did to her was really low. If he wasn't interested in her romantically anymore for whatever reason, if he ever had any love for her, he should've done it respectfully, separated, divorced, whatever the case. But the way she cheated on her and it was public, then left her and she had just had a baby and all that. No way, that's wrong. As long as he can, he needs to take his responsibility. I don't really care if she works or not. It's sad that these ladies would say those things about her, all being women. Jeannie needs to be careful how she talks about another woman that's been wronged like that, cause you never know, it could happen to you Hunaiii! Adrienne too. I wouldn't be so quick to judge like that.

This woman is set for lifetimes. She's doing this because she's hurt and not over her ex husband and how the divorce went down. This is her getting back at him. She needs therapy. He didn’t quit Grey’s to further his career, he quit to try to get out of paying child support to her. Men do that every day so they don’t have to be responsible for their debts. They’ve been divorced long enough, so she is probably not entitled to alimony. The woman is not stupid, she has sense enough to know he has money stashed away that is not part of his savings (probably in an offshore account). Otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to wine and dine women with his money. Why does everyone feel like this is about bitterness, it isn’t. She sacrificed for him to make it, so he should do the same!

      Honestly life is expensive. If you have children and you're in a certain tax bracket, $40000 is still a lot of money but you can see how it gets spent. Everything is more expensive. Maintenance for a luxury car is obscene. Household help is crazy expensive, and you literally cannot do it alone when you live in a big house. Maintenance, utilities and taxes for a large house will cost 10s of thousands of dollars a year or more. Alot of these contractors will charge you three times as much if you live in an expensive neighborhood. You have to get them to tell you a price before they see your house or its over. I'm not trying to justify anything but until youve lived it, its hard to understand hiw much a certain lifestyle costs. She would probably have to turn her and her kids lives upside down to accept a reduction in child support, with a different house and different school. And we all know he will still be earning well after his broadway show. So why should she uproot her family like that? I haven't even started talking about 10000 -30000 per year school tuition and all the additional fees those private schools add on, security (if needed), clothing and gadgets so you kids can keep up with the Joneses (so your ex won't breathe down your neck about where is the money going if his kids are wearing $40 shoes) etc etc etc. I personally wouldn't allow myself to get trapped such an expensive lifestyle, but we don't know her situation. The judge gave her that money for a reason.

    I wish the ladies would've shown more compassion and understanding towards Aryn as opposed to give her unsollicited advice. They obviously do not understand where she comes from. Yes, $40k/mth is a lot of money, more than most people make a year. But there's a context and history behing all of this. It's the principle of it. She was his come up wife, she was the sole breadwinner of the family whilst taking care of their beautiful children, paying for his acting classes and all his expenses. But he threw her like trash after making it. Letting her fend for herself as she was treated like dirt in the media, including by the black community. Who is he/who are we to tell her to take a job to take care of her kids, when she was the one who actually did this in the first place? It seems like she's always done what's right for her kids and family with little reward in return. Why didn't he take a job as a struggling actor to feed his kids? Some of the most famous people waited table or had low-paying jobs supporting themselves to make their dreams come true. But he didn't have to. And he clearly didn't want to. Because he knew his hard-working black lady would do what's right. If anything, he's the spiteful one - determined to teach her a lesson, determined to show her he's not gonna give her any cent, even getting a lower-paying job to prove a point. She might appear unreasonable, but he clearly is selfish and ungrateful.

    • @siantelove

      @michellemoore4585 2 года назад +1

      Thank you!
      She is not being spiteful, in my opinion. She is fighting for the kids right now. The children were born when there was money for a specific lifestyle. She is fighting to make sure that lifestyle is maintained within reason. Just because he cheated on her and left her does not mean the children should be deprived of where they live, go to school, etc if the funds are there to support them.
      Everyone looks at child support like the custodial parent is trying to get over! Child care and babysitters would be a huge chunk of money to dole out so she could work.
      The kid’s lives have been impacted by personal choices made by the adults caring for them, not unforeseen circumstances outside of their parents control.
      Bottom line is he as the husband chose to betray and leave his wife. If he does not want to dole out money to her then he should spend money to fight for sole custody of his children and they can live a simple life below his means as a celebrity.

    Lol 40k is nothing in this context, this woman literally sacrificed her body, her time and her dreams for this ungrateful bastard. She risked her life(because birthing a child increases the chance of death) to give him immortality... what I mean by this is giving a man a child is akin to giving him the gift of immortality through the use of one’s womb and that shouldn’t be taken lightly. he broke his vows to her and took the best years of her life only to betray her in the worst way. So no, being a woman doesn’t only mean letting things go it also means standing up for yourself when you have been so completely and utterly wronged. Being a woman also means knowing that you deserve the best life has to offer and demanding reciprocity. Being a woman also means utilizing your dark energy to suit your purposes when appropriate...and in this context, it is more than appropriate for her to demand what she thinks she is worth.
