Put my Eibach Sport line springs on my 2017 ecoboost 2 weeks ago and i love how they sit and ride, now i just need to get rid of the 19s for some 20s 👌
I have the pro kit and shocks on my 2012 charger in smooth roads it’s great!! But bumps or bumpy roads it rides like shit. Can you help How is your ride
@@ericwatler23 springs will make ur ride pretty bad on the bumpy road. had spring before my other car. had eibach pro as well and ended up putting coilovers and lil better
I put the vogtland springs on my 2018. I chose those because I didn't want it slammed and I didn't want an uneven drop. 1.4 inches all the way around. Perfect look and rarely scrapes
did the SR Performance springs for my gfs 2015 V6 and they drive really comfortable with stock shocks and struts and aligned just fine, definitely recommended.
Of course lol...I mean it just takes common sense it's not gonna be on the ground its 1.5 inches...but that's 1.5 inches less clearance than factory so it's very possible to bottom somewhere that you didnt before just use your head and don't go flying across bumps and stuff like it's a 4x4 because it isnt
I have 20 inch wheels. Would lowering my s550 (2015 GT convertible premium) by 1 inch too much? Will it cause problems with my tires scraping the frame?
Edmond Bugos , I have a ‘15 convetable also with 20 “ stock wheels. Put steeda progressive springs on, lowered 1-1/8” in front 1” in rear, no problems, love them
I just bought a 2019 mustang gt. I want to be able to drag race my car without sacrificing handling. I will be running a drag pack occasionally. Would the BMR performance springs be a good option?
Would bmr drag springs still be better on a track than stock springs, and would the bmr handling springs be better on a drag strip than stock springs? Can’t afford coil overs so looking at one of these, but I want to do drag and track so I don’t know what do go with?
There isnt gonna be that much difference in how they ride I would go with what you think looks better if you want lower sportline if you want not as low sr dont sweat the details they're both great and you wont notice much difference in ride between them just my .02
Wheres HR. I dont see them on ur website. I want to buy from AM cuz i e been doing so for awhile and i like ur guys products and customer service. Will u guys get HR sport anytime soon?
Since the sportlines are very aggressive in regards to drop, I would certainly recommend picking up a set of caster camber plates to properly correct/adjust your alignment. And since I don't know the exact rates of the OE Performance Pack springs I can't really accurately comment but I can almost guarantee that the Eibachs will feature a firmer rate so therefore I would expect a slightly firmer ride quality. But on the flip side, that should help flatten the car a bit in turns and settle it down a bit. -Justin
Lowering it gives it a lot of negative camber, meaning the tops of your wheels lean inward. Get an alignment to keep from mulching the inside of your tires.
bkkb84 from what I've seen in warranties it'll usually say no more than 2" drop but may vary if it's not a factory warranty. Your best bet would be to talk to someone in the warranty department for the warranty you've got and they can certainly tell you. If it's a factory warranty you can either call or visit your local Ford dealership. Also as a food for thought if you were to get Ford Performance X-Springs (1" drop like SR springs) and have them installed by a dealership will usually yield some sort of warranty on the part itself as well as the work of installation! Hope this helps!!
You're welcome! Gotcha and since it's suspension related and has nothing to do with anything in the power train it shouldn't void that particular warranty and if you want extra confirmation it never hurts to ask that to someone that works for the warranty company your warranty is through. I've done that a couple of times with my old mustang I traded in a month ago and they were super helpful and informative, also if you've got other mods in mind for down the road it doesn't hurt to find out while on the phone or in person at a dealership. And don't forget to get the name of the person your talking to written down for reference in case something or situation about your warranty were to come about! Had something like that almost when I took my old mustang to get a wheel hub replaced using my warranty and they tried to void it because my car was tuned and had no cats but in the end the warranty did not get voided!
Well I'm glad that you are interested in cars and want to drive stick shift it's becoming a lost art with the new generation and it makes me sad that's all I have ever owned or ever wanna own but due to laziness and slightly better stock performance of the new autos everyone wants auto and act like manual is trash...if you can drive it well it isnt far behind at all theres always somebody faster I'll take the car that puts a smile on my face any day over the boring ass auto that is lame as hell unless you're into competition drag racing only and are being paid to win or whatever I dont see the point in sacrificing lots of fun factor for a couple tenths on a mainly street car seems dumb to me lol
Technically they could void your warranty for the shocks and struts but it really depends on the dealership. I've always used a 'mod friendly' dealership and have never had any issues.
Hello Service.Hi would like to bring my car in get the springs switched around so i can bring it back in the next day or so and get some warranty work .LOL
Nah they wont void ur warranty. Technically a void warranty is actually illegal. BUT they can deny claims. This is different from dealership to dealership. I put longtube headers on my 16 gt and my lower control arm went out and ford replaced it under warranty. They will deny any exhaust warranty work because of my longtubes tho.

Can't believe the Steeda Prgressives didn't make the list
Which shock strut Will pair perfect to the Sportlines? The ones In my performance pack are squeaking.

Absolutely, just check the product page before purchasing for confirmation of fit. -Justin
which would be the best for that true muscle car look, I'm talkin a lower look in the front then the rear??
JG _S550 that would be the BMR drag springs. 0.5" drop in the rear, and I think a 1.3" drop on the front.
You forgot to mention that wheel+offset/tire combo plays a factor as well.
Do you need to do anything for front in ailment and/or caster/chamber adjustments with the Eibach Sportlines?

How the sportlines handle compared to the performance pack springs ??? Do you need. Caster camber plates??

Lowering it gives it a lot of negative camber, meaning the tops of your wheels lean inward. Get an alignment to keep from mulching the inside of your tires.

I’m running 20 inch 285/35r20 on my 2017 mustang gt. Which lowering springs would be better for no rubbing?
Brian Jarquin ever find any? I have the same tire size
Any update ?
Camber issues? Uneven tire wear?
I want to soften my ride, so what springs do I want to get to do that?
You'll definitely want a progressive spring rate. I'd recommend the Eibach sport line.
Do you need spacers??
Can I add spacers after installing the SR's?
bdawg7693 I suggest getting a nice set of staggered wheels instead. I am sure you can add spacers but I don't recommend doing that.
Can someone tell me what the spring rate means??
matthew reinking A higher spring rate means a stiffer spring. This is good for performance, but may be uncomfortable over bumps
2021 Ecoboost and Ford Performance springs don't combine. They didn't lower rmy car at all. Just lowered my bank account.

Do lowering springs void your warranty? Thanks.
Adilos I don't think they do as long as you keep the stock springs and can put them back on. Don't take my word for it though
