I could have again made this list longer, but the video was to address just some of the first things I would recommend in addition the ones that I mentioned in my first video.

Just added a Beith Performance steering wheel this week...completely changed my experience from the drivers seat. Can't say enough good things about it, absolutely love it.

I've got the stage3 power pack and I love it. I did a Steeda stage 2 suspension first.
Omg I love that fox body!!! Owned one when I was in high school.
One reason someone might want the Stage 3 Power Pack is that it builds power pretty much all the way to redline which could be better for driving on a road course. It's the same idea as the Boss 302. More horsepower but not as much torque. Boss was designed for a road course as well. Great videos. Keep them coming.

Great video!! I have been trying to decide between Ford Performance Pack stage 2 or 3 for about 2 months now. What you said about the Ford PP stage 2 makes the most sense based on all the research I have done as well. Stage 2 it is. Thanks.
I agree with the power pack2. I have a 16 base GT i was very apprehensive on getting it because i got the ford calibration on my 13 Mustang gt and it was not good. But to my surprise the power pack2 for the s550 was actually awesome!! Not earth shattering as far as power but definitely noticeable, and the overall drivability, the responsiveness, of it was definitely worth it. It pulls hard with 331 gears im getting 373 gears installed in a week that should be a blast with the power pack2.
Finally a mustang that I like, all others were made with trailer suspension. Nokian zline are really good too.
Please give us a detailed review of the NT05R on your mustang. What tire pressure are you running and do they need to be warmed up prior to sports driving?

Nice video! Interesting to note you covered several things I am planning on doing for my GT down the road. Already have Corsa Extreme, looking at getting Michelin Sport tires later this year followed by Power pack 2. After this I am not sure what's next. What would you recommend? Looking to get to 500-550 HP with smooth handling and a lot of torque.
What mods ya end up doing it?
I'm convinced that after market engineers collude with auto designer engineers in the early stages of model design and some after market parts are made even before the first production car

Hey Jeff have you ever had any engine "ticking" sounds with the Coyote engines? I've had my 2017 GT since Nov and the original motor had a ticking sound and the dealer replaced it. That fixed the issue but now, 4K miles later and this new engine is now doing the same thing. Could it be possible that I got two Coyote bad engines. I am dreading going back to the dealer again. The first time they had my car for two months 😫.
Sorry to hear about that, I haven't had any issues like that. I have had a few other issues, but nothing to that extent.

I've done most of your recommended mods including the gt 350 steering wheel,Whipple stage 2 dynoed at 651 rwp,short throw shifter,forgestar blue wheels with Michelin PS4 265zr/35/20 upfront and 315/35/20 super sports on the rear also steeda subframe connectors,drive shaft shop carbon fiber driveshaft,850hp half shafts stoptech slotted & drilled rotors and pads upfront car is a 2016 GT Premium with custom paint up front and deep impact blue,cervini 4" cowl hood,maximum motor sports caster camber plates.eibach pro sport lowering springs I don't do Facebook but the place who installed my sc has a picture of my car on their Facebook page Burnyzz in Ocala its nicknamed the hotwheels car but I actually went for the dukes of hazard double oo car except my flames are reversed in color and more of them I tried to put a picture on here but cant are you going to the American Muscle show the 23 of next month?

Do you worry some if these mods will void your warranty if problems occur. I've got the 17 gt perf pack myself
IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY ON THE ENGINE. I have '17 GT Performance Pack too. I have trouble when I bring mine in for service with a PMAS air flow and a tune. Ford always tell me to return my car to stock before they work on it because the ECU is wiped. I no longer have stock parts for the cold air. So, in other words. My warranty is void. (7 yr bumper to bumper is worthless on the engine)
So I’ve been looking all over the place but can’t find the rims on your mustang and I’m really curious what they are if anyone can help me out?

RaceLegend01 I have it set at 7,500, which is conservative. You can raise it through the Whipple flare software.

Your trying to make me spend more money and its working! lol On that note, I am looking at BC Forged as I am typing this to get an idea of what wheel I want for my car and what it will ultimately cost me. I have no problems paying more to have something different/custom than to have a generic looking wheel.
Paul Johnston they are amazing wheels. Let me know if you have any questions about them. There's a ton of different options. I'm an authorized retailer for them as well.

Are those Nittos you have on good for rain and dry weather?
Also, i'm considering on buying the Power Pack 2 as well but i've heard it makes the exhaust less loud according to some reviews on AM. I want to get some kooks headers and a lund tune, but i feel safer sticking to the warranty.
I currently have a corsa xtreme catback and love it, really dont want to make is less loud because it always makes me smile in the morning.

I love the Stang, just find it, that ,my shoulders get cramped at the door. A little pinched for a guy my size.

jswalle I would say if you wanted the touch screen to have gone premium initially, but you could go with an aftermarket touch screen.
I have been having problems with the shifter , 3rd and 5th crank if I go fast with the gears I have to wait like a second after I push the clutch. It’s a new clutch from ford 😅

Stainless works headers with their cats and Corsa’s touring exhaust is loud a hell when you punch it. Can’t imagine how loud yours is in person. 😳 I’m setting off alarms with mine!

Tyler Condora probably just my mic picking the exhaust up and the echo. Plus my car is relatively loud.

what tire size did you go with
I had the Perf-Pk on my 2015 GT and grew to hate the Perelli P-zero tires. They stopped and cornered fine but had serious chattering under anything approaching full power. Even 2nd. gear if if was under 90 degrees outside. It was horrible on cool and cold days. I thought it was a Ford problem in the IRS or Torsen. NOT!
After only 8K miles they were shot with odd wear patterns on the front pair ( I love fast corners)....
I replaced them with summer only BFG tires of the same size and all the troubles went away for good. It was the smartest thing Iv;e done to the car yet.

If not boosted... Go with Lund flex fuel tune with long tubes, Jlt or PMass intake and a catback exhaust.... On e85 you are serious.

Is a stock clutch holding up to these supercharger systems?
It’s recommended to upgrade the clutch (cable), half shafts, fuel injectors, brakes, and tires of course.

I have a K&N CAI can I just buy a throttle body and a tune and get the same performance as the Ford Stage 2?
Yes but it wont be as reliable as a Ford tune, regardless of what mustang owners tell you . "I've had my _____ tune for 20k miles with no issues "...... as if 20k miles is a lot and there are things people just learn to live with on a modded car .
You do not have to get a ford tune for it to be reliable lol. In fact OTS tunes are the worst way to go. A dyno tune from a reputable tuner is just as good if not better than the stuff that ford just flashes to a car.
Asa Nickelson do I need a tune period? Only mods on my car are Borla ATAK fatback and the cold air intake which I believe isn’t even legal in my state :/
@@AsaNickelson says who ? The Ford tune keeps the warranty and not a single aftermarket tuner will back up their tune and fix something when it breaks . Do you really think that a tuner can get 35hp with just a tune and the people who designed the car and engineered it only know how to squeeze out 20hp ? No but Ford knows what is safe and the tuners for the most part dont care . Just look on all the forums, there are threads by the thousands about aftermarket tunes messing up their cars . I'm on my 12th mustang and I have yet to see someone with an aggressive aftermarket tune hit 40k miles with a without a problem. Dont know what you are "lol" about . Just follow the money , if someone is going to tell you a tune is safe but they hold no responsibility then they know it's not that safe .
Ford will stand behind their tune ... Nobody else will and ford's tune actually is CARB legal which actually matters to some people.

I agree with you on the Power Pak..i wanna get the Stage 2...i plan on getting that....Only Mod i did to my 16 GT is the Pedal Commander Throttle Response controller...OMG...you have to try this Jeff...It will change that Delay in the throttle...you just tap the pedal and your off..and with a S. Charger you will love it..Check out my review i did on my GT
Sorry, gt350 intake is a must if your NA and a spirited driver. Made a huge difference in my car on the upper range of rpm's. Heck screw the throttle body and stick with the stock when you do it. Of course now, the 18 intake is the way to go...much cheaper with only slight decrease in performance over the gt350. Goal for me is to squeeze every bit of hp without opening the motor up and keeping NA.
Long tube headers, VMP stage3, rims and tires, steering wheel, and a huge WING. LOL
