We are not used to it. But as long as the storyline is good, I don’t care what it looks like and even if I don’t like the new looks I could always imagine that it looks like the old reanimation rather than the new one.
Tbh, the new style is such an improvement, I wasn’t much of a fan for the old 3D in the first place. But, in the end of the day, the 2d anime will always be the best style.
Im going to look at the new artstyle from an animation student's point of view (My major is Game Art and Animation). Overall, yes the style of the original models were iconic and a very big part of the shows presentation, but generally did not allow for the most pleasant looking animation (I know that this isn't always the case but for the majority of the show the animation is often stiff looking). However, the new models from what I can see from the uhh..sub par quality leaked clips shown, are going to allow them to have much more expressive animation expecially in regards to facial expressions and also allow for smoother and possibly more dynamic fight scenes. Of course, I should also mention the design changes too... Marinette looks great literally no problems from me. I have always hated her Ladybug transformation but OMG they have done it the justice it has deserved. A lot of people seem to not like Alya's new hair but honestly, I think it looks great! Shorter hair usually looks better with her type of head shape (I would know I got a similar head shape and have had hair all the way down to my waist for most of my life before going above my shoulders) and I think once we actually get a better view from the front we can then proper judge it. I have no opinions on Nino's because well... I dont know I just dont have any issues with it. And then Adrien... Ok look, everyone seems to hate both his civilian look and hero look. For me, when he's just regular ol' Adrien he looks perfectly fine, Im just glad his banana hair is fixed ok? Bro definitely needs a new outfit tho... And then... YEEAaaahhh I agree they did his Cat Noir Outfit SOOOOO Dirty... ;-; Anyways feel free to take all this with a grain of salt. Everyone's got their own preferences but honestly I think the new animation style is going to be refreshing.

I think that’s what they are doing now after the movie we came out and the reason why I’m guessing is the same as Ninjago as well because they are trying to help new fans from the movie transition to the show yes, I know it sounds stupid, but that’s honestly the reason

Are you talking about the eco green episode about trash in the seine? If so I’m almost positive that episode was not set after the end of season 5 but was out of order for some reason. That’s just my thoughts on it because it would make absolutely no sense otherwise.

I have been a miraculous fan since S1 came out i really don’t like the new design in S6 I prefer the S1 - S5 designs and texture but tbh S6 looks really cool I just loved the designs back in S1 to s5 it was better and I just don’t like them being so different in S6 but I can’t wait for S6!!!!!!❤❤❤
