If your going to make a NEV why not go a tad smaller and just have an enclosed ebike. By legally being an ebike it is smaller, has no insurance and had more flexible rules. This class of vehicles would still be very effective for going to the grocery store and other errands within 10-15 miles. Many other jurisdictions have started to see these
1:03 25 mph This is a joke of a 'car'. The whole point of Teslas is to make electric cars not look like toys. This is going in the wrong direction. NEVs are a losing segment as per the wiki - the ratio to normal passenger electric vehicles is decreasing yearly.
This is cater to a different market than what you are talking about. I personally think this is a great product. Very practical for city driving.

Well if you can't go 120 km/h its not a fully functional mode of transportation but a that speed remove all the windows and make it a atv with role cage.I want a electric atv with tracks for quebec winter.
