They really didn't change much until 2008 I have the 2003 cbr600rr and besides the swingarm on the 600 and 1000 being different etc the 2003 on up to 07 the looks didn't change much from any of the cbr models. Definitely 2003 to 2007 they looked great but once that 08 came out they started looking ugly.
Totaled my 06 (blue/yellow) 6 years ago. Such a beast of a bike. Just bought 23 Fireblade…amazing so far. My brother in law turned my 06 into a street fighter. Still a beast.
Rode one once thinking of buying and I opened it up on a straight and I decided I'd get killed so I passed on it lol. I'm unskilled and was young and stupid so thought let's see what she'll do.. road not near long enough tbe speedo showed 160 so I about crapped myself and immediately took it back😂

06-07 looks more modern yes. But as these bikes get old, the more old school look of 04-05 starts to become more appreciated.

Lmao... I used water wetter in my 06 blade! It had th radiator core all plugged with little pebbles-

does it have enough power in the lower rpms? Is it road friendly or does one have to rev it high for power?
It has power everywhere, very road friendly except on hot days it likes to be ridden fast.
I have a 05 cbr 1000 and it has power in every gear not like a 600 where you have to wait for the powe band to kick in
