I definitely agree with Patrick on this one. Tenergy and Dignics are VERY durable. From my experience lasting around 3× longer. I spoke to a top British League player, his Rakza rubber lasts only 4 weeks. Tibhar durability is terrible especially (around 2 weeks). Xiom is the best durability of the ESNs but not Tenergy/Dignics level.
I've used both! Dignics 09c feels harder and bouncier and more powerful. Very nice with booster. I think 09c maybe has better peak spin and speed on hard shots. If anything C55 felt a bit less tacky but I definitely find it has better touch and a bit easier to use. The spin feels a bit easier to access with C55. It's interesting that C55 is a few grams lighter uncut. They definitely aren't 1:1 replacements but for the lower price and weight, C55 is very appealing I do prefer it to 09c overall but I think 09c has a bit more X factor on the big shots if you really go for it.
With all respect I disagree with you. Japanese Rubbers were always the most durable for me, especially the Butterfly Rubbers and the German Rubbers like Andro were the least durabable. I Started table tennis in 2000 and playeb maybe over 300 diffrent Rubbers in that time. Todays Tenergys and Dignics have a high Price but you can Play them at least 4 Months playing 3 Times per Week.
Only talking about general stuff, not playing, not comparing spin/speed on different shots like serve, short, loop etc etc This video is useless coz it does not compare these rubbers at all..
Butterfly is in general more durable than ESN. Don't know where you are getting your information from. Not saying I like Butterfly's price. But ESN are definitely not more durable.
I played both of them and they both felt like bricks, to be honest. Fun, awesome bricks. But still bricks. 😆Quick question: Why do you weigh the rubbers uncut? The uncut Butterfly rubber is significantly larger than the Xiom one. Cheers, Alex
Butterfly have better gears then esn rubbers , some esn rubbers lose spin after month of playing butterfly last few months, but butterfly much more expensive and not everyone and kids have this ridiculous money to spend on butterfly rubbers
every Butterfly rubber is very well-known to last LONGER than any ESN rubber! Especially those ESN hybrids are aweful and usually are gone after 1-2 months
I've been using rakza z for a year now and I've changed it once because I've hit the corner of the table really hard to the point that I've ripped through the rubber and made a dent in the blade. The sheet is still tacky and can lift the ball even after 6 months while playing about 10 hours per week.
Tenergy and Dignics rubbers last way longer than any ESN-rubbers, I dont think you have any clue, what you are talking about. You are probable the first guy in the hinstory of table tennis who thinks ESN-rubbers last longer while I even personally know dozens of players who have made the opposite experience.
@miro_lino6211 stuff like rakza z and g1 are durable rubbers in comparison to t05, atleast for maintaining the intended performace, i cant say much for waiting until until theyre unusable. The dignics line are very durable rubbers, infact i wouldnt be surprised if part of the price increase had that in mind as justification, but t05 is not known to be particularly durable compared to the competition.

Hes selling Xiom, not Butterfly, so he lies.
We sell both!
@@CustomTableTennis Then im wondering why you only review Xiom products, always claiming they are the best.
Very fair report. Butterfly rubbers just dont last like they used to(Sriver)…. Had awful probs with them

Completely agree. Butterfly rubbers are far more durable. Both the top sheet and the sponge of butterfly is superior quality.
@@DragonWarrior976 yes. i play Butterfly Dignics 80 on BH 300 hours and ESN Tibhar Hybrid MK pro for the FH 100 hours.
the dignics 09c hardness is much harder than a 55 degree sponge. it should be about 62 degrees more or less ESN scale.

We'd have to agree to disagree on this one! Not all ESN rubbers are created equal and some are more durable than others, the same with Butterfly.
@@CustomTableTennis Name ONE SINGLE ESN rubber that is more durable than ANY Butterfly rubber.

@@miro_lino6211 there is no maybe he made a mistake. Andro rubbers are horrible in durability for example and costs also above 60€
