How does the Ceramic coating add power or do anything? What’s the point of it

The 750's I have worked on in the mid to late 1990's made in the range 160-170 hp (@ sprocket) with head work and cams. (AMA,CMA superbikes)

60tq at 15krpm it’s possible but power band would be very narrow and running on methanol

It's nice to see that you are using an actuial valve seat cutter doing it properly instead of lapping

I am looking for some high performance pistons for my 2007 gsxr 750. Any recommendations. Very difficult to find. I did all the head work myself. I am good wrench and a machinist and set my head up almost identical to you.

@@blackwidowpowersports6037 from what I understand you cannot bore cylinders so i guess after honing and getting a nice cross hatch that is what I am left with. If I give my measurements could i purchase 4 pistons off you and what ever connecting rods you recommend. Even if you have 4 stock size pistons at your shop I will buy a new upper case; and start from scratch

@@drasticthompson1995 i dont know if you ask me or the other guy? but what i did with the cams you can kind of do the same thing to a k8 750, but you have to take the gsxr600 k6/k7 intake and exhaust cam from the junkyard or something and then buy a set APE cam sprockets to degee them for youre 750.
i think that IN105 EX109 is a very good cam timing. but you have to test it youre selve.
