Went to school with Todd. He is one of the most genuine and down to earth people you will ever meet. He’s always been passionate about all things Disney and entertainment. Glad to see him featured here! (Hi Todd!!)
This was an AMAZING tribute to the technician role! Todd is an amazing example of what it means to be a stage tech and it was great seeing all the hard work coming to life on stage! Definitely do more tech videos: fireworks tech, Festival of the Lion King, the stilt shop, parades. I love seeing all of this!
Came back to watch this again after finding myself thinking about it throughout the afternoon and I just gotta say… this would be an awesome series for Disney+!!
Raevon this was so fun! Would love to see you do this with techs at other stages, parade performers/dancers, someone auditioning, a chef, a cosmetologist, a ride operator, someone working horticulture at Flower & Garden, a CM from Fairytale weddings… I want a whole series! 😍
Thank you for highlighting some of the entertainment technician roles. The 'magicians' behind the curtain don't often get the applause of on-stage talent. Please keep it up!
I absolutely envy crew member roles like Todd’s! If I were able to hang out with the crews of both Fantasmic shows, especially Disneyland’s show it would be the ultimate fan experience to me! I loved every second of this video! Thank you to all the Disney crew members working behind the scenes making all the wow and magical moments happen everyday for all the guest who have had the opportunity to be amazed by your work and skills!
I loved seeing cast members highlighted in the "Every Role a Starring Role" series from Disneyland, so it's great to see it revived at WDW. Can't wait to see who Raevon gets to talk to next!
Raveon! This is such an amazing idea. I'm so happy for you and so proud of you! I can't wait to see the entire series. This project could not be in better hands. I know Walt is smiling right now. Well done!
First off....sooo good to see Raevon again!!! Second...I absolutely love alllll things Indiana Jones, so this was so fun to see and to learn about Todd's role! Thanks for sharing!!!
Living the DREAM, Raevon! Fantastic job on this episode. I'm tearing up just thinking about what it would be like to work as a stage tech on the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. Can't wait to see what you do next!
As a huge WDW fan, many find it near unforgiveable that my family, in all our visits, has never been to Hollywood Studios. Well, we corrected that this past March. The Indiana Jones show was a highlight! Put aside the hokiness ("Hey boss... Ok boss... What's next boss..."), so much fun!!!
This was awesome! I love getting to see and spend time with these CMs who we don’t normally get to meet as guests. Love the safety info being pointed out and getting to hear how he got to this point. Amazing work all around!
I'm so glad to hear this is part of a new series! I love learning about absolutely every CM role. I'd really love hearing from CMs who work Rise of Resistance and other attractions where they stay in character. I don't know if this is extending to Disneyland as well, but Magic Happens is my favorite parade and I'd love to learn more about that. Any role!
This was SO good! Raevon you are a natural host and your connection with Todd was authentic. I cannot wait to see what else you have in store for us this season!
Thank you for this video. I loved seeing Todd and what he does for the shows - truly a dream job of mine I sadly never pursued. Thanks for keeping us entertained while keeping the performers safe!
Two words: Dream. JOB. Job is so wrong a word. I can't imagine that'd ever feel like a "job" to work on that show. A chance to play Indy in that show is the only reason I'd every cut my hair.
Whoa! I never thought I would get to see Raevon again!🥳🎉 What an excellent WDW behind the scenes “Day in the Life” of Todd the Technician! Thank you for sharing this amazing experience! Great series. I would love to see behind the scenes of one of the Disney (DL, WDW, and TDR) parade preparations! 🤔🥰
This was great! I love seeing behind the scenes of shows and everything that goes into creating them! I would love to see what goes into the nighttime shows like Fantasmic, or the fireworks shows and preparing everything for those!
This was soo awesome! Thank you for sharing! This series is going to be great!! Would love to see a day as a friend of Mickey or a princess! Maybe even a behind the scenes episode of how new rides are made!! (Hint: Princess Tianna’s new ride)
I started at Autopia, and learning to tow cars and side peddle the, around the attraction was epic! Then I was a Candy Maker for a year, before returning to attractions - my dream job in Galaxy’s Edge on the Falcon! Talk about a lot to learn! All of these would be cool for people to see!
I'm so excited for this series!! I've always been interested in the BTS experiences. As someone mentioned below I would like to see the after hours activities but I've always been curious about the flying Tinkerbell in the fireworks performances i.e. how they're chosen, training and the actual flight.
Honestly... I have DREAMED of being a part of Disney since I was a KID! My parents didn't have the money to help make that happen though, so I never got the chance. I am hoping to see my amazing DAUGHTER become an animator and hopefully fulfill her SAME dreams... maybe WITH Disney, Maybe NOT... who knows!

The life of an Imperial Officer in Rise of the Resistance would be interesting next.

I love this!!! We need more of these!!
This series is absolutely amazing. I was so addicted to the Imagineering Story on Disney +, this is definitely scratching that itch.
Thank you for highlighting some of the entertainment technician roles. The 'magicians' behind the curtain don't often get the applause of on-stage talent. Please keep it up!

What kind of mics are y'all using? Sounds great! Amazing series!
