I haven’t yet 😂. Most of the slop is where the male and female shafts slide together. it will need both shafts. I’ll order them from borgeson. Cunningham machine makes some too. 🤙🏻
What I've found on these trucks is that there is actually a short shaft that connects from the end of the steering column in the cab and that goes thru firewall and connects to the intermediate shaft and the only thing that supports it is the rubber boot. Have you found and fix for this?

I did that and its still thr same.
There’s a bearing where the shaft connects that can cause this when it’s worn out .
