I’ve spent 6 hours today watching all of yours and Al’s kitchens videos, and you really have inspired me to cook from scratch again. New pans and spices ordered. Thank you sir
God bless.
It’s your comment like this gives me inspiration
Lol same.
I have a plan for some Bombay Aloo, Paneer Jalfrezi, Keema with peas in the near future :)
Oh my gosht this looks so good
Thank you for shearing this delicious recipe full watched 👍💯💯💯
I've made this for the family a couple of times now, only with chicken thighs rather than beef. The first time I made a mistake with the level of chilli and it was much too hot but the second time I'd watched the video again, and it was really nice. Really liked the gentle aniseed notes from the fennel.
Looks yummy thanks for sharing great recipes x
Utterly stunning. I love your pan efficiency, not a scrap burns onto the inside edges. True mastery
Very nice 👌👍
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS
Lattif you are a grate sheff iv bin following you for over 12 months now learnt so much thanks latiff Neil
Thank you. All your recipes have the taste I grew up with before I came to England.
That looks amazing! I'll definitely give this a go. Thank you.
I’d love to see the beef liver dish. I eat plenty of offal and always like to throw new flavours at it.
Was gona order a takeout this evening but this looks so good I’m cooking it tonight 🍛 Thanks for the recipe
Made this last night, what a dish! The whole spice mix when ground, wow what a smell. Cheers for this one Latif, another one added to the collection.
Made this last night. Didn't add as much of the Punch Poron, which made myself. Wonderful dish and went down well with the folks at home who don't like their food as spicy as I do. A winner all the same. Thanks Latif.
Mashallah it looks very yummy and tasty 😋 from Uk 🇬🇧
I swear, chef, I'm making this now as we speak...I havent even put any of the powdered/ground spices in yet and already just with the onion gravy base, the yogurt, the whole garam masala and meat it tastes unbelievable.
So Delicious and outstanding presentation. 👌👏👌Thanks for sharing!! Have a beautiful day everyone❤❤
That looks delicious 👌🏻 Greetings from Portugal

Yes please to the liver dish Latif 🙏🙏🙏 LOVE LOVE LOVE cooking your recipes
I asked My Janu what he'd like for me to learn how to cook and this is what he suggested. My mouth was watering as you cooked. On my way to purchase the ingredients, InshaAllah, I hope it comes out good.
I'll have to give it a go. This looks lovely as usual! Thank you for these delicious recipes. 🙌🏻🙏🏻😋
Its very good, that all the ingredients are written down under the Video!
Thanks for your videos!
ماءشااڵلە. دەیست خۆێش. very nice
Latif, I know that you love Colemans Mustard PASTE, but have you ever tried Colemans Mustard POWDER?
If not, then I recommend that you give it a try. You could mix the mustard powder with other ground spices and the mixture would keep in a jar.
Mmmm looks great. Shall have to try this.
Not come across this one before, so thats me sorted for this weekend, im sure it will be as nice as all your other dishes, traditional or BIR they are always awsome, thats awsome coming from my amature cooking one can only imagine what this tastes like
Love your videos. I once played a gig for a high flying doctor who had flown in a top chef from India to cook for him. I asked him what’s the most important part of the curry? He said “Oil is the carrier of flavour”
This is a perfect example of that.
Life is better with fresh ground spices. 😁
Work hard get the best results

Wow this looks great. I think this one will challenge me. As always thank you so much. Would it be proper to serve this over rice?
Yes definitely

Would you mind sharing the style of pot your cooking in. I’ve seen you use this style frequently. Thanks

Thanks for your time showing us how to cook I'm doing this one tomorrow with venison.
Please share your mum's liver recipe I for one would love it.
Keep up the good work loving it.
👍
Beautiful Hindu beef curry 🎉
Hi Latif - can’t wait to make this! Which cut of beef would you recommend?
Any cut but with bone.
This looks amazing latif can I ask what cut of beef you use is it round steak or chuck steak etc
I'd love to see a liver recipe, with any cooking tips you can throw in please, I've cooked liver in the past that resembles something you could use for soling shoes! Would today's bhuna gosht work just as well without the mustardy overtones? I'm not that fond of mustard but the rest of the dish made me drool :)
The mustard oil taste dies out once its cooked with spices, you shouldnt taste it at all. :)
Fantastic looking dish, what would you recommend to serve it with? I enjoy a naan bread, or some basmati. Cheers, Steve
Just made this using brisket,".Cracking dish our Rodney "
Love liver, kids these days don't know what they're missing! 👍
😋
I always cook your dishes and everyone loves my food gifts :) may I ask if you could do a short video on your cooking pans and where is best to purchase them, thanks in advance
Looks delicious! Thank you.
Spiced Liver.
I have been using the same recipe for Masala Kaleja for about 35 years now. I found it in a book called "The Encyclopedia of Indian Cooking" by Khalid Aziz, published by Treasure Chest in 1985. This recipe is from southern India, not Bangladesh, and it has only 7 ingredients, including 500g lamb's liver.
It is really tasty and always gets a big thumbs-up from my guests.
Liver dish please for the in-laws.
