Wrong, bringing the elbows underneath immediately shifts everything to your front delt. With your wrist being stacked on your elbow out in front of your body it becomes a bottom partial to front delts with a ton of load. Probably a lot of front delt stimulus actually. It is now a front delt exercise, thanks Charles
Thatโs why youโre supposed to drop your wrists at the height of the lift. Try it first before you just say things.

โ@@Dannyboyyyy24Keep your knuckles pointed towards the ground. Again it will concentrate the bicep more and no flipping of the wrist when curling.
