The front raise variations look good but the question is why you would begin with the easier variation (bent elbows) only to then superset with the straight-arm variation using the SAME WEIGHT? The latter variation is much harder, and this shows very clearly in that most of the trainees Charles is coaching here cannot successfully perform the movement as the bar is too heavy and their shoulder muscles are already fatigued, so maintaining strict form is not possible. I would program these 2 exercises using a lighter load with the second variation. It makes more sense.
I can do regular front delt raises with 8 kilos for each hand. But when i try Charles variation, i can do it with 8 kilos but with both hands 😂 I'm serious, it's targeted front delt perfectly. Just don't cheat by pushing with your hands. Hands should remain steady and the weight then let your front delt push the weight up.

I have use some that tips. But sometimes I don't get those area fill in. Not everyone is gift it. I am not trying get huge mass. Just get shared but fill those area in shoulder.legs.trap.so on. Keep my body. Small but built. When see him at expo I don't ask questions all am going get same arounds. They help gift one They see. I am nobody. So used from every each pro tips into one . not show off just use it.my own training and train smart.

The thumbs down method in side laterals gives me impingement issues. I think palms facing down is sufficient.
that's why people don't have to try this type of technique, they are doing internal rotation with the shoulders which is quite harmful
