In Indonesia, we have Ade Rai as a good trainer and also bodybuilder. As i ever know, every good trainer always have a good communications skill and have a great attitude to their client. Even, they don't need to screaming to motivate their client to work harder.
Very awsome back workout i had my back and biceps work out yesterday. Today i am resting. I am feeling so much pain on my back. But no pain no gain. And lol i ate chocolate flavour ice cream again today at my friends place.
American Equipment is amazing. In Australia most of the guys just use barbell and dumbbell movements because our machines are useless or just as good with tension feeling.
Provides a different range of motion, prevents you from cheating as can be seen in other variations, provides a more precise contraction on the lat muscles.... although, it's not an exercise for everyone and should be avoided if it causes you pain.
I do behind the neck lat pulldowns a different way. I don’t put my legs under the pad, I actually have them behind me and I’m basically laying on the pad almost to get a strong arch in the back. It gives a really good contraction
I know Glass is the man, but wasn't there articles about not doing behind the neck pull downs? Are they beneficial or not (yes I see and watched the video)?
We did chest last Friday - and have videos with Charles covering all body parts. Maybe we can capture specific workouts with Errol and him next time we collab!
Depends on their level within the sport. Some (super top tier) have time to go home and focus on eating/sleeping/recovery. Others, as we'll show with Errol in his full day of eating video in a couple weeks, work full time too.
2 questions...Are you saying 10 reps of each exercise? Secondly, how was his foot planted on the second exercise? Is there a way you can show that?...I noticed his one leg was planted on the floor. I just want to make sure so I won't pull anything...Great vid

He had to place his foot inorder to get good solid grip so to speak & yes 10 reps at 3 sets for each exercise 🙌👍
