Planning on doing these guys as Noble Team from Halo Reach. Kat as the captain, Emile as the chainsword, Jun as the sniper, Jorge as the heavy, Carter as the sergeant and Six as smoke guy. Going with Phobos bodies for the 5 non-heavy guys for maximum Reach-era tacticool look.
So would two of these against each other be a good overall intro be? Deffo proxy time with ork replacements

My proxies are just my existing Intercessor and Phobos kill team conversions, and the limited Power Fist Plasma Pistol captain that came out a few years back. I've done all my Killteam marines as Deathwatch and I'm excited to paint up the captain, I may even get some of those resin name plates for each marine!
The Heavy Bolter shows 5 attacks on the Japanese data card, so not sure which of them is correct, I'd say the Japanese one to be coherent with other heavy bolters.

I’ve converted Tor Garadon’s model into an Iron Hand. Bolter instead of Grav Gun, Chad Power Fist and Inceptor Plasma Pistol. Standing in all his glory on a broken Chaos Star.

I started off with a Deathwatch version of Justian, I made a Primaris Captain Artemis, and the rest.. but I've since lucked out on getting a set of official Justian ones which I am going to make Blood Angels.

Seems a lot more straightforward than the Intercession KT. Less options but still effective.

Not entierly convinced that Vignius is a never take. Given that the HI has a Heavy weapon and only 2⚪ move I can see a bunch of situations when I'd rather have a super consistent ABR and the ability to move and shoot. The game really isn't about killing things after all.

My proxies for strike force Justian are as follows converted captain with power fist and plasma pistol (using the plasma pistol arm from hell blasters kit and the spare power fist from the gravis captain kit), an eliminator, one of the leviathan box terminators with assault cannon (as Brother Acules), an assault intercessor and then two of the new sterngaurd veterans (as Sergeant Marius and Brother Thysor) .
Awesome. This seems great to have available for new players to show the game.
Hey, in case you didn't see the 50 previous comments on the last 3 videos, did you know the Heavy Bolter on the Japanese cards has FIVE attacks instead of FOUR!? Ka-Raaaaaazay!

had a friend tell me the other week, that he saw a redit thread (so believe what you will), where designers were asked about the heavy bolter discrepancy, and they said it was intentional to put 4 attacks on there. I'm wondering if this was due to the operative having a free double shoot, compared to other marines that need to spend a CP
Nope. Your friend and Reddit are wrong. GW released rules errata correcting this. Don't believe everything you read on the internet kids.
