    The Control drills are from Prime Time Pickleball and can be performed with or without a wall. There are 4 levels. Nicole Havlicek describes and demonstrates them thoroughly in the video. I only performed level 1 and level 2. They changed my game.

    Thanks for demonstrating. Using scrap plywood in the garage & basement for now, but the bounce isn't real consistent. I know what you mean when you say it's hard to find a wall!

    thanks. if you don't stop the ball on the return, you can get 100s more practice shots per day?

    • @2512pickleball
      @2512pickleball  Год назад +3

      Olegyamleg, the idea behind the drill is to control the ball while changing the pace. You must keep your eye on the ball and move your feet to maintain the pattern. This is a practice session to develop control. Laurie

    On the video the noise does not seem to bad but is it bad in real life? I am worried about pissing off my neighbors if I do it in the garage.

      The noise is a bit loud but our neighbors work and are not at home during the day.

    What kind of paddle do u use?

    • @2512pickleball
      @2512pickleball  8 месяцев назад +1

      At the time of the video Laurie was using the PaddleTek Tempest Wave Pro if I recall. She moved on to using the Joola Anna Bright, tried the Selkirk Control Aire Luxx, and moved back to the Anna Bright.

    I’m afraid I would do that extra hit in a game and lose the point lol better for me to just hit right back not the extra hit
