I made the chicken pie for my birthday. It was the star of my menu. I used to make only with chicken and white sauce. I never really like it. My kids did. The veggies and herbs give another dimension to the pie and it tests and looks delicious. Thank you.

Akis Kitchen this seems so yummy but I have a question please: the stuffing was hot before adding the eggs, doesn't that cook the eggs, scramble them?

Akis, can you make a How-To on how to choose a good knife, food processor and the rest of the essentials for an aspiring chef's kitchen?
Ivan K get a sharpening stone (Google about it to educate yourself) buy a chef knife at a used store that you like the feel of - then sharpen with your stone. you just saved 100$. European blades are softer steel and are made thicker, asian blades are harder steel and made thinner. the thickness or thinness then effects the resistance you get while cuttig and the soft/hardness of the steel effects how often you need to sharpen the blade and the knifes ability to bend etc. you want do the same with a pairing knife. these two knifes are the most versatile and useful to the new cook. As for food processor...they're all pretty much the same bro. Google reviews and just read what you'd prefer. it's subjective.

In this clip on English your instruction is to bake the pita on 201F, which is actually mistake. My best friend, also Greek, told me to bake it on 180C. Maybe you could correct this.
