Thank you for your absolutely fabulous recipes. I’ve had an Air fries for some time and of course you’re right about how fast they are. However, the disappointing aspect is their capacity. For a family of 3 or 4, even the largest ones don’t pass master. Your pockets for example, have to be done one at a time (15 minutes each) times 5, compared with cooking all at once in the oven for one hour. It doesn’t quite work. 🤣
Glad you like them! I know what you mean. We're a big family as well and I ended up buying two air fryers...lol! The oven works better for larger batches and then they can be toasted up in the air fryer :) I use it everyday for reheating leftovers :)

I just bought that same air fryer, I love it! I might try this, I say might because I have a feeling I won't be able to find the phyllo. 😒 But if I can find it, I am definitely going to try these!
4 minutes and the first one will be done. I noticed that the phyllo seemed to be dissolving! I used a spatula like you did but it didn't want to slide off and seemed to tear on the bottom. I put the tray with the others in the freezer.

Okay, the verdict is in, this was delicious! I froze the rest of them, you said that I can cook them from frozen, how do I do that?!
I would love to try this recipe! Please let me know what is an alternative to Phyllo if I don't find it please.....
Puff pastry can be used instead of the phyllo. Omit the butter as it already has lots of butter in it :)

Instead of bringing your hair to the front why don’t you pull it to the back….that’s gross!
