She was very good to the people, especially to those young boys in the first truck. Like she said, she doesn't let her personal opinions affect her job. To her, this is just a job that she goes to every day. There's no reason for her to treat them badly - they haven't done anything wrong yet - it is up to the courts to decide if they were entering illegally for illegal purposes. If she finds people who become aggressive while she's trying to deal with them, it might be a different story; she may get very angry with them then.

This is very common.... and poor diplomacy on the part of the palace official.. They had to alert immigration they were expecting him and of course immigration needed to do their normal check, already knowing what he is coming in the UK to do.... Many UK nationals travel abroad to hand deliver invitations etc, especially to the common wealth countries.
it was suspicious because his own embassy didn't seem to have anyone to receive him at the immigration. A VVIP coming to see the Royal Family would have his ambassador waiting inside the airport (they get clearances for this) to ensure they get through without issues.

If he represents a prestigious yacht club that royals would use surely someone in the Turkish embassy would be there to assist his passage, either by being there at the airport or calling ahead and presenting documents to prepare for the man's arrival.

I am also a Pakistani and I visited UK 2 times for family visit and i stayed there for like 2 and half month and when they ask me on immigration desk i told them the truth and came back on time. My concern is why peoples do this to enter in UK and making others who really want to travel to UK for appropriate time make difficult.
