While I was still in A&W, I had ideas for marketing the brand and HQ wanted to move me to Marketing Dept!!! I thanked them for offering but wanted to get it on own accord!!!

I simply agree. I was just about to mention that after watching this video.
I'm a retired electronic engineer. I have used numerous ideas given to me by janitors, secrataries and others, and given them credit for their ideas. It's foolish to refuse a good idea.
Great ideas do come from anywhere no matter what your job is ,even the janitor ,so don't ever turn anyone's idea away

Jackie may have been hired as janitor, but she has entrepreneurial ideas up her mind!!! Janet shrugged her off, thinking Jackie's ideas were rubbish and uneventful, trying to stagnate her!!! She didn't even ask about her backstory, didn't think Jackie had the IQ and still downtrodden her!!! This kind of attitude of just clean, not think strategies was too demeaning!!! HR and the CEO will be coming incognito, Janet and her "take it or leave it" persona is getting the sack soon, as Jackie will be noticed for her acumen and determination!!! Moral of the story: Never underestimate anyone's capabilities. Even those in humble positions may offer something greater than those in higher positions. I.e. it pays to be open-minded.

Not necessarily. Not everybody named Karen has that kind of personality. I've had a coworker named Karen once. *She* wasn't so entitled. Then there was an aunt (or should I say half-aunt) Karen of mine, Karen Prell, a one-time temporary special ed teacher of mine named Karen Farris, and the late Karen Carpenter. *Those* Karens (women named Karen) were not Karens (the pejorative kind).

Janet is an incredible manager . She should not have these peasants talking back to her. She is doing an incredible job. The minions who work for her should be rubbing her feet and responding to her every command and snap of her finger with “ yes boss”.

Never dismiss ideas from someone who is beneath you. They may have some good ideas that can earn more money to your companies. Take Walt Disney for example. He started poor, worked at a studio who took his ideas for granted, look beneath him, and he left that studio, formed an studio of his own along with his ideas, an cartoon mouse, and that studio will become an billion dollar company and became one of the if not the most successful and popular studios in this planet. That is the Walt Disney Studios. Watch how his life and his studio became so successful on History Channel.

Outcome narrator: Never underestimate a janitor because he or she can be the next best thing for a company. Janet got fired for her bigoted behavior towards Jackie and was not able to find a job anywhere else. Jackie became very successful in the company and she even helped the business branch out even further
