This story reminds me of when I was in high school and went to the mall. I went to Macy’s to look for a quilt. I was dressed in casual clothes and ask the sales lady In linen department how much does particular quilt was. There is no price tag on it. She told me I could not afford it. I told her that is not what I asked you. I asked you what the price was. She told me that she was not gonna tell me the price cause she knew I couldn’t afford it. I left the store and called the manager of the store and he said that this particular woman does that all the time to theCustomer. I was quite surprised that she was still working there. The sales lady did not know if I actually had money or a gift card or a credit card. She had no right to judge me because of how I was dressed. People need to think before they speak.
I know this is stahed as a lesson, but my sister experienced this herself. She was a senior in high school and was shopping at a store for cheer leading outfits for her team. She was rudely ignored by the saleswoman who helped a white woman first even though she was first in line. She pointed this out to the woman that she knew she got paid on commission and she had planned to buy 25 cheerleading outfits for her squad but since she ignored her because she looked Latina (we're both interracial) that she'd lost a good customer and perhaps she wouldn't be so quick to judge someone by their appearance and by how much they thought they could afford to pay again. She said tootles and the woman was obviously upset she's lost such a sale but she'd brought it on herself. My sister then went to another department store and wasn't treated the same way.
This happens all the time in retail. People are judged because of appearance or ethnicity. Back when I worked retail I had a manager tell me to “ watch black women who come into the store with big purses because they steal.” She went on to talk about how they never buy anything and to not accept checks from them because they will bounce. Never assume anything about the way people are dressed either. I once went into a store with no make up and workout clothes after a gym session and no one approached me to help. I ended up spending over 100 dollars after a nice older lady came out of the back room to offer help.
Gud, I love the customer/CEO actress, such a beautiful face, melodic voice and heart melting smile...when I see her face on a thumbnail, I am compelled to click.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
A late friend who was a multi millionaire told me to dress down when say, going into an upscale car dealer. The smartest sales people know this trick and will not talk down to you.
There is a saying: the customer is always right in matters of taste. AKA, the customer, unless they ask for your input, generally know what they’re wanting to buy.
I absolutely love rhis! Especially about how he delt with older people. We.still.have plenty to offer. 🧐🤨☺️👍 He will learn if he keeps eating and breathing he will get old too. He won't like being thrown to the curb either.

Nah, some of the most high vocabulary articulated people are HOMELESS VETERANS... So you have to dress a certain way to use a higher level of verbage 🤯🤨🤔
Serously , guys. Y'll never heard term Treat people like you would like to be treated. Or never judge a book by it's cover , beacuse you just maybe suprise by what you find . Which these salespeople found out the hard way.
Outcome: Kevin applied for a new job at the company’s biggest rival. Learning that he used to work for their rival, the rival company immediately hires Kevin with a high paying job and a goal to crush his old company. Kevin implements some effective new strategies that quickly get him promoted to VP and his old company now regrets firing him.
When I was in the retail business we were told to keep our oppinions about our customers to ourselves and to everything we could to please them. This guy's attitude was totally unprofessional.
Why does she have to call him you man/ She makes it seem as he is a little kid talking to his oldest family member. If some is being rude to you, you do not react this way. They need to write a script that shows what a person would say in this situation. Why is this actress always nice to people who mistreat her? She is overly nice. This is extremely stupid!
Never judge the book by it's cover and never judge the person by how their dress up and their turn out . Remember always respect the customers and humble ppl always dress humble and keep their low profile only to themselves bcos that's they own choice.its not necessarily to show out when you well dressed meaning that you are rich and wealthy most of those wealthy always keep simple but are always feel happy with their own choice and what's matters is that we feel comfortable and satisfied.❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂
Outcome treat others the way you want to be treated because you never know who they are because of Kevin’s attitude towards the ceo he was fired and blacklisted and can never get another job Zoe became the ceo of the company and made the company better than every
Can Kevin keep his malice in check regarding Afro-American women? There might be a reason why she's dressed differently, even his colleague can pay attention to the details. Before end of the day, Supermission Squad, this customer will reveal herself as an undercover CEO and fire this rude staff member. Kevin will lose his bet, his colleague Zoe will gain a promotion!!! Ooh!!!
This reminds me of another story in the 70s. I worked front desk at an exclusive hotel, and Milton Burle was coming. I was really excited to be the one to greet him and my manager decided she didn't want me to be there to greet him because she thought I would embarass the hotel, and because she hated me because I was white, so she had another girl take my shift to greet him instead. When Mr. Burle showed up, she didn't recognize him and treated him incredibly disrespectfully, and wound up embarrassing the hotel for not even knowing who he was and it was all because my manager didn't like me because I was a young white girl. Later my friend who had taken my shift, she was so embarrassed, and we laughed about it together. And she wished that the manager had left me there for my shift instead.
Kevin is very judgemental he's selfish rude narcissistic Arrogant he isn't customer friendly are professional treat everyone with integrity and morality be compassionate and considerate content and character defines you i love the CEO she's so calm cool and Collective Kevin totally got what he deserved karma knocked on his door 🚪 😂🤣😂😅
This reminds me of a story that buddy epson told my mom back in the 70s. He and his wife dressed very low-key. I mean, basically he dressed like he dressed on the Beverly hillbilly's and they went to Macy's and they didn't recognize him because he was older perhaps and they refused to serve him and his wife because of the scruffy clothes and look! I was in retail and hospitality then, and when we heard this, we couldn't believe how outrageous that was.
Try an all white cast, all Black cast, change the power among the mix of black and white. You can make a statement about prejudice that is not exclusive to Black/White interactions. Observe the real world. A friend (Black) and I (White) went through a horrific experience which involved a Black Police officer. It started as a “routine” traffic stop and ended with both of us in jail overnight. We were released the next morning, the officer chastised. This happened 30 years ago. Never forgot it, and still is upsetting. The officer should have been given more than a scolding. Use reality for your videos and look at the various forms of prejudice that permeate Black/White interactions and its variations.
Some ppl think if u buy clothes at walmart your low class i will pay$10 for a sweater over paying$50for a sweater at a high cost store sometimes walmart clothes r made better.
Sorta sucks that Kevin didn't get to stick around to clean up for a month. People can and do change if given the opportunity. Kevin was disrespectful, but he could have been forgiven and given another chance.
That’s what corporate should play the games . Too many have no respect without customers you won’t have job . Lots if them that won’t work on me. You be out fired like I will tolorate rude no manners . Once you have attitude trust be you be gone like I care . . Be nice smile make them feel goods . I don’t put up with rude ⁉️⁉️⁉️

I’m glad the undercover CEO tested Kevin’s behavior and his criticism. He deserves to be removed.
I love these uncover boss stories
this is not an undercover boss show..lmao this is just a skit
@@MrDavestro… this video is about a boss who is working undercover to make sure the sales people uphold the company’s values.
Even if I were rich or wealthy, I still would stop at thrift stores or wherever
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The ceo plays her part very well in these videos!
Thrift Stores are AWWWWSOMMME..you can find some really, really great items for the low low
TRUTH!!! Just got myself a VERY NICE Leather Jacket.......$20!!!!😃
I take a lot of clothes to the thrift store. Most still have the tags on them, never worn, really nice clothes.
Amen
books, amd high end retail clothes. I found some rag and bone pants for $20, retail for $400
The CEO should be questioning 1) How do they train their staff ?
2) Who gave the store assistant a job in the first place ?
Excellent example of what is still happening today. But ageism can also be included. Thanks for sharing.
when you judge someone it doesn't define them it defines you!!! Good morning from sunny California😎

Love the undercover CEO
Welp, the rude store clerk sure did embarrass himself. 😂
Once again, another classic supermission video done well.
This goes on everyday across the country. You treat people the way that you would like to be treated. Never judge a book by it's cover.
Gud, I love the customer/CEO actress, such a beautiful face, melodic voice and heart melting smile...when I see her face on a thumbnail, I am compelled to click.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Different company, same storyline. I still enjoy them
A late friend who was a multi millionaire told me to dress down when say, going into an upscale car dealer. The smartest sales people know this trick and will not talk down to you.
This is definitely a twist. I’m not used to see the red head a nice person
Me neither 😂😂😂
The female with the red hair was pleasant and accommodating . The complete opposite of Kevin.
Do not judge a person by their appearance because looks can be deceiving
I'm glad that he got fired!
The male salesperson is really something, isn’t he.
There is a saying: the customer is always right in matters of taste. AKA, the customer, unless they ask for your input, generally know what they’re wanting to buy.
Absolutely. He does happen to think that respect and kindness don’t pay the bills. Technically, I disagree with that.
Great acting all around, particularly the undercover CEO and Zoe. Even Kevin brought a certain depth and relish to his bad guy's role. 👍🏿
Yeah...he's something alright
This guy is as smart as a brick 😂😂😂
This is hilarious 😂 🤣🤣🤣
Now you just stop that right now James. You have given that nincompoop way too much credit😂😂
That’s disrespectful to bricks 🧱 lol
I absolutely love rhis! Especially about how he delt with older people.
We.still.have plenty to offer. 🧐🤨☺️👍
He will learn if he keeps eating and breathing he will get old too. He won't like being thrown to the curb either.
That’s a twist, it’s usually the redhead who’s the horrible employee.
Yes she usually plays the Karen or snooty woman
Yeah the one with the major gap tooth
She’s a nice lady
Don't you diss redhead women! They're hot!
That's exactly what I was thinking

I watched a coworker do this one day. I approached the customer and ended up with over 300k in sales from that customer
And Kevin sang going home.
when she started breaking out the big words, i would have became suspicious
Nah, some of the most high vocabulary articulated people are HOMELESS VETERANS...
So you have to dress a certain way to use a higher level of verbage 🤯🤨🤔
“become suspicious”
Never judge, appearances can be deceiving. 🙏❤
I love these stories
We need a name for men who are "Karens." What is a good name? Kevin came to mind, then I realized that the guy's name is Kevin.

To used a wrestling term Normally Kevin would be the face and Zoey the heel LOL
I’m so into wrestling I don’t think of antagonists or protagonist, good or bad, it’s always a face or a heel! Lol
@ibelievethesecret80 Noticed how sometime the evil CEO act more like wrestling GM Lol
if only they tested their staff often Like that. The world would be a much better place. So would businesses I think.
I guess he doesn't have to do her shifts.
Please stop with the annoiying music it disturbs!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know right.
That's Theeee only issue I have with this channel. I pray that the owner reads my message. That shit is irritating.
Agreed
@@SilenceIsGolden64 Lmao!!😂😂

NICE VIDEO THE SAD THING IS IT HAPPENS IN REAL LIFE
That's off. Usually the red headed woman plays the role of a mean spirited critic, not a nice girl.
I know right.
I like the channel but seriously hate that dumb background music.
Cast: Sarah Hannaford, Chaz Lack, Mignon Farman
Great 😊

No salesperson comments like that!!
That redheaded is absolutely gorgeous
It's a person's character that's to be judged not how they appear physically. People like that run the most beautiful people away.
Supermission. Is all your videos now about CEO undercover etc. If so. YOU NEED BETTER QUALITY 😊
Kevin should’ve asked the new manager for a second chance
Sweetheart you need to rethink the perm
