Exactly! My grandparents were so frugal but they had a TON of money on both sides. I remember my grandfather telling me "you want to make money while you sleep." And I guess that attitude passed down to my dad (RIP), because I remember going to his house one day and I had bought something I really liked, so I wanted to show it to him. So I said "Look at this!

You would be a fool to give someone a second chance after trying to take your life. Connie is lucky that Desiree didn't go into extreme anaphylaxis. Once you're done in that respect, there is no rebuilding. Take it from someone who a victim of a potential murder attempt. I had someone hit me over the head with a stack of textbooks at school. I was lucky to love to see myself fight back and get in trouble with the teacher and the principal's office. To this day, I still don't understand why schools don't model their discipline systems after street law.

He also shot a rubber band into my neck (which I was lucky he didn't hit an eye), and stabbed me in the elbow with a pink wire (which I was lucky he didn't give me a puncture wound). Midterm progress reports had been released later that day and it indicated my behavior needed to improve. My parents hoped that he got the same comment. Regardless, I told the teacher and the principal that it could have been my life. He also threatened a teacher and dug himself in a deeper hole than what I dug for myself.

If I was the CEO, I would fire her then and there because although Connie said she will change, people just say what they want u to hear in order to get what they want and not change most of the time. I wouldn't take the risk and just fire her first chance given before she would do something worse if I were to give her a second chance. I believe in second chances but there is a time and place for it, it also depends on the severity of the situation.
