Nice workout, not as overall strenuous as others, but this was also doing more abs. My average heart rate was 115bpm and I burned 190 active calories wearing my 4.8 pound ankle weights. I did notice that when doing the crab knee touch I think I need to put my feet more apart which may be why I have a problem with crab toe-touch. It was nice you having the lower-impact view also and the pro-tip of going slower on the lunch and knee up helped me to maintain better balance and flow, so thank you for that tip. Overall, great, quicker workout. Thanks
