Mangoes 500 g (10)
Green chili 8
Curry leaves few
Salt 1 1/2- 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
Jaggery 3-4 tbsp
Curd 500ml
For grinding:
Coconut 1 c
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Water as required
For Tempering
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp heaped
Dry chili 2-3
Curry leaves few

​@@MahimasCookingClass: ഞാൻ മഹിമ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ തന്നെ കറി ഉണ്ടാക്കി. പഴുത്ത മാങ്ങ തികയാഞ്ഞതിനാൽ ഒരു നേന്ത്രപ്പഴം കൂടെ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു ; പിന്നെ തേങ്ങ അരച്ചുചേർക്കാൻ മടിച്ചിട്ടു, തേങ്ങാപ്പാൽ വാങ്ങി വെച്ചത് ഉണ്ടായതിനാൽ അതുമുപയോഗിച്ചു. കറി എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ടമായി. നാളത്തേയ്ക്കും കൂടിയാണുണ്ടാക്കിയത്. ആവശ്യമായ കാര്യങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായും കൃത്യമായും പറയുന്ന മഹിമയുടെ ശൈലി അമ്മയ്ക്കും എനിക്കും വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമാണ്‌ 😍🎉💐❤
