I had a teacher who I didn't get along with in elementary school. My parents did me a solid by never telling me how they felt. Somewhere around midway through the year, things changed for me and I started to really enjoy that teacher and class. It ended up being one of my favorites!
Honestly, that's really good to hear. Sometimes it can take time for a teacher to build a relationship and figure out what makes a student tick. Now if only we could turn things around with our bosses 😜
i immediately and openly agree with my children when they point out a pos. we do our family private school together. they know i will always defend them when they are innocent and bc of that, nothing can come between us over the long term.
My daughter had a bad teacher in kindergarten, she was very unpleasant with most parents and didn't want to learn anything about her students or even do her job.... this year the teacher is good but she's volatile with parents, 1 day she's pleasant but the next she's limit rude and aggressive. I helped with a school day this year, she bit my head off and was rude to me, clearly pushing the boundaries a step too far but I kept my mouth shut not to make a fuss on the day but it's clear I wouldn't allow her to talk to me that way again....
Oof sounds like you’ve had some tough personalities to work with! I hope next year you get to build a relationship with a teacher that works with you and your daughter loves too 💕
@PrimaryFocus Hi thank you for replying ☺️. This year’s teacher is very good but her caracter is too volatile that's a shame.... I asked to speak with the headmistress before the end of the school year and push the idea of putting my daughter with a male teacher. I had the pleasure to do a sport activity at school with him last week as a helper and we had a great time "no drama" just a genuine nice guy and i had a good feeling about him. I won't be able to go through another year with another psycho FEMALE teacher lol 😅😅
