    I have extremely bad anxiety I’m 13 almost 14 and I’ve had anxiety since I was 4 I had my first anxiety attack when I had to go on a plane to Disney. So anytime I have to get on a plane I have an attack. I’ve recently developed a fear of the dark and a few days ago it was around midnight and I had my tv night light and led lights on and a storm was passing thorough and it knocked the power out. I started to cry and I was trying to calm down while my parents were laughing at me. One the first day of school I stayed home because when I have an attacking get light headed and my stomach hurts. On the first day of school I was so scared I was physically getting sick. My parents put me in therapy. I know most people don’t want to do it even I was scared about therapy but it has helped me so much I really feel like more people should do it. ❤️

      Same. I got anxiety of friends because once my BFF spread an inipropriet rumour about me and now I never want to got to school. I cry every morning because of it. This vid helped a lot

      Hi Brenna - I'm so glad to hear you info😇rmed your parents and they did help you. Good job. Glad you also went to therapy that helps a lot also! so sorry you are going through this but it will be okay. Just keep some things near by to distract you like a book or puzzle or funny pictures.

      Listen you need something and it's called therapy talk to someone young 30years old less in your family tell them you are not normal you are worried all the therapy will help you alot you have to act on that just go

    Thank you! I’m trying to help my little sister work through some big feelings and her anxiety is where I am struggling the most. I watched and was shocked that I’m already doing some of these. I’m gonna take these tips and apply them consciously , and hope for the best. Thank you, again!

    I'm only 11, yesterday at 1 AM, I was about to sleep, and somehow, I think about the past and the future too much, I shivered and cried. It bothers me. Knowing that I have lost a lot of friends. Until now, i still am crying.

      Aww so sorry you are so sad. We all have to face hard times and it's better when we have a friend or someone we trust to talk to. Try not to worry to much, try to think of the good in the past and the funny to come in the future. It will help keep those bad thoughts away. Practice counting to 10 when the bad thoughts start. Stay well ok.

    I am a kid and I am always feeling stressed about things in my life I am only 11 Years old and my life is just bad my mother is away from me so I don't get the love that any other child gets my brother doesn't have time for me my dad is always drunk it's like I am lonely and I don't know how to get over it I cry about these things every night and don't know what to do I feel like I need someone in my life who I can be with and who cares about me

      Is there a counselor you can talk to at school? Or an adult you trust. That is a difficult situation for you to handle by yourself. It might help you to talk to a trusted adult. :(

    Edit: lol she didn’t see the video but she did understand and asked me not to take pressure coz stressing now won’t help and Pressure related to studied should be ignored as I’m small and bad grades in this Class won’t matter for my life :)

      here's several ideas to try
      Don't take stimulants including alcohol and coffee
      Take part in relaxing activities
      Do daily exercises
      Seek help from others
      (I learned these and more ideas from Trevs panic fixer website )

    At night I sometimes get very anxious,
    usually I try to talk and laugh with my mom
    or think of what I am going to do the next day
    This takes my mind off of my anxiety
    and relaxes me A LOT

      Try telling your mom that it doesn’t make you feel good when she tells you to calm down. As a mother myself, I only want to know what my child needs from me. I’m sure your mom has the best intentions and only wants to help. She would love to know how to help you and to better support you. With that said, it is good advice to try and stay calm and breathe through it. I suffer with anxiety myself and have to remind myself to recenter and stay grounded. Hoping you’re able to work through it together ❤️

    I'm Only 9 and I have anxiety about loud noises when I was 2-5 and then it got better from public bathrooms and now I have anxiety about puking but I'm on medicine and I'm getting better and I also have a doctor who talks to me about it and he so funny and nice I also learned that anxiety is the most common disability

    I AM THE CHILD!! umm so I started dealing with this when I was about 7 or almost 8, it was on Christmas Day can I went to a Christmas party and there were SO many people there. Someone was talking to me and I got super nervous I still don’t know why but I started feeling sick. I went to the bathroom and I didn’t feel good. I caused us to leave early I went home to a nap and I felt a lot better normal to be exact. Then my aunt said ok you up to go to the other Christmas party and then I got nervous all over again when we got there i went straight to my grandmas room and a bunch of people kept coming in to see if I was ok and I was until they came in. I soon came out of the room because I felt better and then went back in the room because of the people. Someone said drink this water and I said I don’t want to I might throw up if I do and he said we’ll you might feel better if you do so drink it. 2 MONTHS LATER I got food poisoning and I was at the after school program I didn’t feel got but I didn’t tell anyone because I thought I was going to get in trouble. But I did throw up, and I did for a LONG time over and over again. So if you know what I’m getting at it’s I know how you feel I have a garbage can because I feel sick talking about it. Umm I’m 10 now and yes. A person threw up in my class this year and I’m still scared of them. If you have any opportunities I think you should read the book Guts. By Raina Telaiminder I spent that wrong sorry it is a kids comic book but it really feels like it was based of me. I really want her to right another book of what she thinks what would happen if she was a kid with Emetophobia with COVID. If you want to share your story or any tips pls in the comments.     My daughter is 3 years old. She seems to have severe anxiety. I have to hold her hand wherever we are including the house. I can't let go of her hand even when I'm walking my newborn. I have to move slowly so she can keep up with me. I have to describe everything I'm doing. She asks me what I'm doing probably 100 times a day. She has trouble sleeping. She won't play with other children. It's very very hard! I wonder if she might be old enough to get therapy?

    Same way with me up sometimes I have a sideways about the past and putting covid-19 on the on top of it.
    I do miss my birth father so much and I can't paint it since divorce.
    I've been pretty good too much anxiety 37 years of my life growing up
    But I can't change the past. Amen God

    im 11 and in 6th grade at the moment. i have had 3 meltdowns on the same day (the day i posted this) one was in homeroom where we have math too. i was doing pretty well until i turned to the back side. i then had a meltdown (note: no one noticed bc i was doing this quietly).
    second meltdown was in Theology (religion class) when i mentioned i dont want to be picked to read a book we were reading out loud. i have problems with speaking in public (with a big enough group of pople such as our class) so i had a silent meltdown. but my class mates in the area we were in noticed and told the teacher about it she called the counselor so i could calm down. and i did.
    third time was in skills class (dont know what they teach in there) we were doing a sheet on vocab. each one would have a short sentence and it would have a word (or 2 or 3) in bold letters. and there would be options to what we thought or knew what it meant (there were 4 options for each one). i started having another silent meltdown about this because i couldnt understand what most of the words were. i got a few of them. but thats pretty much all i have to say

    I'm 10 years old.idk why I'm having anxiety about this but in roblox I lost rlly good friends of mine like over 500 and then it all started when someone unfriended me and reminded of me of someone so I was asking them questions and then suddenly they unfriended me since then I rlly cared about my friends and started add my online friends on my snap chat then I get rlly anxious doing that and I have alot of meltdowns and cry alot in the bathroom I just cant help my self even for a silly reason and like at a young age I do have anxiety and like I'm like figuring out how to get this anxiety off me I dont want it it is just pain then I over think alot that this will happen then this and worry about it I just cant deal crying alot isnt good for me and like I want every person to be my friend like thats crazy- I cant believe my self like I just want help that's all i just dont wanna get anxiety no more

    I’m always so scared about my Health
    Today I got a bit of soap in my mouth but didn’t swallow it I spat it out and washed out my mouth.

      Oh my you all are so young in here. Please try talking to an adult you trust about your feelings. Find something you enjoy doing like biking reading fishing or drawing your favorite places. Something positive will surely help you. Don't worry about things we can't change. Stay strong ok.

      Cheers for this, I have been researching "treating anxiety in teenagers" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Quonfen Anxiety Adirondacks - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.

    I know everyone just goes to doctor but you need to find out if your child is a projector - please look into human design. It'll keep them from running away to drugs or suicide. You'll protect your child from suffering - I absolutely PROMISE.

    I am a single mother of 4 years old daughter. A year ago she started nail biting and now she started lips biting. Now it has reached to a high level that along with nails she started eating finger skin, toys, pencils, pens ... Any think which comes in her hand

    I have had anxiety all my life now my son has really bad anxiety and even though I know what hes going through I dont know what to do
    My son went to see a counsellor and the school helped him and now hes so much better, if you know someone who's struggling get help it can get better
