Im an engineer and a woodworker, can I say just say “You’re a spectacular engineer” and film maker extraordinaire to boot.
The idea, as most that you have, was really clever. But what made me drool was the amazing design of the handle and the ferrule! So simple and elegant, if I ever buy a set of Grobet files I'll have to get handles like the ones you made. Absolutly stuning job!!

Who needs a 4-axis CNC when you can strap a lathe to a plain old 3-axis CNC!

As always, a real pleasure to see how inventive you are. Very clever this way, using 4th axis half manual/auto with an extra indexing. The result is amazing: you obtain the beautifulest handfiles in the world👌👍🖖

Можно было сделать цветовую маркировку, например плоские напильники светлые, треугольные, коричневые, и так далее. В целом такая работа на 5 со словом "молодец".

I think for this better to use real 4axis. I plan to build not 4 axis but separate cnc lathe for such things
