Happy new year Josh best wishes to your loved ones 🤙🏻
Fantastic! I do cold plunges twice a week for 6 minutes.
That’s pretty good videography. 😊
Nice work! When you plunge how often and how long do you do each time?
Looking healthy Josh! Will you be doing any payhim camps in 2024? Also, how are you liking the TRX?
Has there been a release date announced for his new program yet?
Why do you keep your hands out? I did this for 2.5 minutes the other day for the first time (40 degrees) and I kept my hands out, because that’s what I saw you and others do, but realized I didn’t know why.
What hoodie is that you are wearing?
Following for that.
@7:05 Next time bring a thermometer!? (-:
The cold plunge takes the energy from me. Once I do it I just want to relax.
I’ve read (I’m not expert), you are just going for too long or it’s too cold. So reduce time in or not as cold of water. Then you’ll adapt more and can go longer and colder. But basically your body is so cold it’s burning a lot of energy to get your body temp back up. Worked for me. 32-37 Fahrenheit. Was doing 2 minutes and felt so tired after. Went to 30-45s, 1:00 minute, now back to 2-3 minutes and feel good.
@@adamczajka8520 makes sense. My dumbass sat for 5 mins yesterday morning and I was beat
This is interesting,as when I first started I was doing 3 minutes, eventually upped it to 5 mins,but since then strangely haven't felt the same benefits,going to go back to 3 mins and see how it goes
@@bigDbear so the longer you stayed in the more tired you felt after ?
@@swat486 yes basically,plus I also felt so cold for hours after,less energy and I didn't get the same buzz I had got the first few weeks I was doing 3mins,might just be me in general but going to pull it back down to 3 mins for a few weeks a d see if i feel any difference,i suppose its trial a d error as everyone is different
I don’t see Josh as TRX guy
He’s more of Raptor he must have got good deal with Chrysler 👍🏻
Josh's cold plunges 🦸used them to come back from an injury. My pops helped
