    love this man, I relate a lot to the things ur saying. I'm in the military still at 34 and I push so hard to keep up with the young guns. I refuse to let myself feel old as much as these brats try to tell me i'm old haha. I've said the same things, you're not always going to be motivated! But do you wanna reach that goal you have? How bad do you wanna reach it? Fucking show up, do the work to get there and it'll happen eventually gotta have faith in that.

    No acl/mcl in my right knee. If I go ass to grass my knee tends to shift out of place and then it’s a painful “putting back into place”. If I’m working with heavier loads I’m going to 90 degrees; otherwise I try to go as low as manageable and hold or pulse.

    The important and crucial concept to Bodybuilding is the part you do Right is what prevents extinction.     So you say you only eat red meat, steak, sweet potatoes, fruit, and honey. Do you track your food or just eat however much you want of only those foods?

    Ok- I know you were talking about your knee and back- then you mentioned your depth being rough- however, one of your arms/elbows is forever not looking locked out. What happened there??
