I used to watch your videos a while back, when I was super disciplined and I trained everyday. This past year or two, I fell off, and I wasn't being healthy to my mind and my body. But these last few months I was able to get back on track and seeing your videos brought me back to a positive mental place where I was a couple of years ago. Thanks brother.

Badass man. I love it. Gives me great ideas for when I can save for mine. When you push your sled on the driveway, do you have those plastic rails on the bottom? Does that hurt your concrete at all?

Josh,, can you or someone help with with an issue. I am on low carb/no sugar and have dried out a lot and am doing great on it. I have a major issue with super dry sinuses and mouth from the diet/food and no matter how much water I drink I cannot get my sinus to open and mouth to stop being cotton mouth lol. I take suppliments like magnesium, potassium, sodium, and all but nothing works. Am I missing something or is this just how it works and you live with it. I love the diet and muscle it builds I just hate the clogged nose and dry mouth 24/7, it impacts my cardio and sleep. I believe your diet is also low carb right?
Thanks to anyone for help resolving this its just annoying and I am sure its driven my some electrolyte imbalance.
