Thank you for your tutorials. You really helped me learn to crochet and I want you to know what a precious gift that is. I am disabled (I have PTSD and seizures) and I'm housebound. Crocheting is allowing me to do something productive and useful which is making me feel like there is a point to my life again. I am making a bunch of squares at the moment for an amazing charity called "Woolly Hugs" that make blankets for the homeless, for refugees, sick children and so many more people in need. I've also made a blanket for my Husband (there is no greater feeling than seeing him snuggled up safe and warm in a blanket I made), stuff for my Mum and useful stuff for my home. I just wanted you to know that this gift you share with all of us is being spread and is making people's lives better. Even though I don't know you, you have made such a difference to my life and I am so grateful!
I have epilepsy and depression. Art and Crocheting are quite therapeutic. Arts are a wonderful way to feel good about yourself, helping others as well. Thank you for your comment Tim.
Iam with you. I've been crocheting since I was 17. I just retired from work. I have stress issues and epilepsy. Crocheting helps me relax and stay focus.. I Am 62 years old. I have made so many afghans with different stitches and applique. It keeps me busy. I learned to do s rectangle blanket that was fun. Jayda your videos are easy to follow and fun to create new projects.
Out of all the sunflower granny square tutorials I have watched, yours is by far the best. Great, slow instructions & your voice is so pleasant to listen to. I can tell you enjoy instruction others. Thank you for posting a great tutorial.
This square is so happy! I was given a garden bench that needed cheering up. I saw this and decided to make 6 of them using a large hook. Then crocheted a long rectangle piece. Crocheted the two pieces together kind of how you did the granny square chair cushions and added ties. The sad old bench is now the sunniest happy spot in the yard. Your patterns really get my imagination going, thank you so much!!! 🌻🌻🌻
I'm such a huge fan of this chanel. But lately I been looking back at all the wonderful content Jeyda has had post over years before I became a subscriber. Unbelievable, she's by far the best teacher EVER, not to mention designs. I just love her channel. 😍
