_I think you kinda ignore the fact that tui and ue are pretty much equal by the end of the arc. This means vegeta would barely have to take any damage to surpass goku and would have a good chance of winning against tui. Avatar who actually knows where it scales, but he should have a good chance vs tui._

Vegeta has so many easy ways to improve UE. Instead of just trying to tank damage and going "aww fuck I took too much" *dies*, make yourself a threat to touch by making a hakai cloak. Passively regain stamina by absorbing energy with Forced Spirit Fission. They obviously won't have him running around one shotting everyone with hakai so they should have him develop a version that lingers like a burn. With that flame like aura he had when he initially transformed, I think it makes sense (based off another youtubers idea)
I'm gonna be honest. I don't really see the debate. Goku's path is inherently superior to Vegeta's looking at all of Super. No matter what Beerus or anyone else says there is a reason why he isn't on Whis' level. Goku has more experience with UI too.
I mean all UE (right now) is a zenkai boost on damage taken without having to recover, he can access hakai and yardrat techs outside of the form so he’s not getting that much from UE currently. So yeah as things stand Goku’s techs and transformations put him ahead.
Angels are above GoDs because they are angels. Not because GoDs' technique is worse Beerus made it clear that Vegeta can surpass Goku with that technique Goku wins for now simply because he has more experience with UI than Vegeta does with UE as he wielded it earlier. Simple as that

It’s pretty sad seeing a sick ability like ue be wasted just because the creator hates a character no kidding Vegeta hasn’t gotten a dub since the cell saga when he beat up 2nd form cell even then he took a L technically
Tui goku and Susanoo mui form goku whoop vegeta. But it’s if just base mui vs ue vegeta they’re pretty relative. That was shown vs gas and stated. But yeah overall goku is still stronger because he has those other forms in his pocket
@@Underworldwarrior1 It's like me saying the super saiyan multiplier gets stronger with rage even though it has a set multiplier Tui is just ultra instinct omen but now u can fight without draining your stamina or reducing your accuracy. The form itself is weaker than mui but will never get weaker. It also will never get stronger as it's multiplier is set while mui stagnate if you are focused or not
Yea I agree. UE has too many weaknesses for Vegeta rn that it's clear he can't even wield it properly. He even admits it after Granolah was about to kill him
