@@noire537 my 1993 del sol coolant fan isn’t coming on at all but the ac fan comes on when the ac is on & it’s overheating out the reservoir . Do you think I just need to replace the thermostat ?
The engine in this Sol is a 1.6 but this will still apply, it sounds more like your water pump is out but getting the fan working and replacing the thermostat would be a good start before you take it apart. Chances are the head gasket is fine but if you've ran it hot more than 3 times that will usually kill a new head gasket. You may be in for alot of work.
