@@Wasdfg603 @Wasdfg603 actually there is no "their" - all ID injectors are Bosch Motorsport developed injectors: ID simply have the rights over some of the injectors such as the 2600cc. We have a direct relationship with Bosch Motorsport & its Bosch who provides fuel compatibility guidelines/guidance. So what sets IDs apart is Bosch Motorsport - just a small company formed in 1902 (i think)... no echo chamber here... simply relating facts provided by the OEM.. and I did make it clear we DONT manufacture injectors.. but thanks for the critical analysis.

57:49 we also use Bosch Motorsport injectors, and it is problem with every injector.. if you have engine with 300-500cc cylinder volume, and you run 800-1500cc injector per cylinder, you cant run at Lambda 1 at idle and pass emission test (Co2 and NOx) which are quite strict in most of the Europe for street cars. Most injectors has minimum Pulse width where they are linear, and after that, they are around 15-40% off, and that off percentage cant be characterized, its just this 10sec +30% in flow, and other 20sec -38% in flow, lets say at 1,20ms PW

In short what he is saying in the beginning of this video.. when you engineer something and its takes say 800x you then rate it and sell it for 400x..
Prime example is why you can buy a 400ho car and make 800ho before failures. Cause properly engineered items are under rated but still priced the same
    As fully rated things..
In construction this is very important from a legal side of things.. if you build something rare it at rating and it fails just under that rating as just a single bad product that only achieved 99.9% of the rated thing.. major lawsuits come in. Everything in construction has at least a 40% greater then rated window.
    Automotive isn’t any different..

Going so far as to get violent if a product is found to be subpar. I would agree with him. There are far too many crap products being peddled to consumers here in America.
