Great lesson! In your first two examples (flying to NY, I'd love to visit), can we also use the flap /d/ sound ? because it follows voiced consonants (flying, love) ?
7:20 "I wanted [ to go to the ] Park"...Maybe I did not catch it, but I dont hear the second "to" sounding as "d" ... To me it is "the" that sounds more like "d" [ tə goʊ tə d ] ? ....Maybe "the" sometimes sounds like "d"? ...any ideas? ...hm...maybe the first "to" should sound like "d" so then [ d goʊ tə d ]...now I am confused...
@@dylanx9327 well i don't know if in your native language you have the sound of the spanish "light r" as in the word "pero" ,which means but, and that is completely different from the American R .So that second To in "go TO the park " sounds like a "light spanish r' and a schwa
I want to express my joy by watching your incredible vídeos. You have been helping to enhance my pronunciation. Thank you. By the way, do you have a lesson with regular verbs pronunciation in sentences?

I find this interesting as an American. I never really thought about how I pronounced words until I watched your videos.
