I enjoy the slow movement, my body is sniffing after getting up in the winter. This 10 mins yoga is really suited for me with slowly warming up my body ❤. And love @sarah the jumper

I've been practicing with you for almost 10 years now and I had my ups and downs, periods when I was practicing three times a week and periods when I stopped for 3-6 months. I'm picking it up again from today, welcoming my body back to practice and being grateful for everything I've been through and for the people around me. I saw a Reel you made with the toothbrush and I immediately got it 😄 silly me, just do it 10min a day! And I KNOW it makes a huge difference in my posture, sleep, appetite...and much much less anxiety ❤️ Thank you, Sarah!
Wow, so my mornings are sooo busy, I board dogs in my home, have 10 cats of my own & an online business. I wake up so stiff in the morning & decided to squeeze this 10 minute practice in (I figured it was so short it probably wouldn’t help me as much as longer ones, boy was I wrong! ) wow! This was amazing and super effective, I feel great! Thank you!
Hi Sarah Beth. I am a little behind on my Monday yoga practices , so I was able to do this one this morning. This practice really felt good and was easy to follow. You took me by surprise with the "pigeon poses" at the end, but it was a perfect way to complete this practice. Thank you as always Sarah Beth.
First Sarah Beth, I was feeling those curls in the beginning of the video!! Ok I’m totally saving this one. The first bow I did I fell on my face 😅😂. This sequence totally felt like a full body for me. I mostly concentrated on slow movement with concentration on neck and shoulders because that’s where I hold all my tension (I’m a mental health counselor). But this felt awesome!!
