    I just got through doing exactly everything you did…and you know what? I just made the best tasting pizza in the world! No kidding. The dough was so soft and fluffy. I just can’t believe how good it was. I made a cheese with olives toppings. Wonderful! Thank you very much.🇺🇸❤️

    Dang, that looks good! Also, you were one of the first RUclips cooks that I followed, back before cooking on RUclips was actually a viable career path! I remember trying your no bake macadamian "Nut"ella cake and it was very good!
    Anyway, I'm glad to see you're still making stuff!

    I made this and had to add a few more teaspoons of water and a a teaspoon of olive oil. I’m at a high elevation so maybe that’s why. It came out amazing!!

      Oh also if you don't want a vegan cheese that is horrendous you can try the "Sheese" just don't use too much otherwise it is indeed gross. But just sprinkled on it's not that bad if you put it on a pizza with loads of other topics

      Bread machines work great for white bread and rolls. But so far we have not been happy with whole wheat bread. But we have really been happy with it so far. I am glad that she wanted one.

    Pizzas looked great, I've used our bread machine to make dough and then left it in the refrigerator for a day.

    I just watched a pizza dough video that warns not to put your oil until after the dough is kneaded. Warns adding it sooner will coat the gluten and prevent it from forming the way it needs to for a pizza dough. I would add it when the mix in settings go off.

      You could try it both ways and see which results you like better. Nothing wrong with experimenting, then you get pizza twice.

    Not sure wis it me not able to find it, but I checked your blog but the ingredients measurements are not written ,I found only the measurements for the yeast

      Scroll right to the bottom.
      Dough
      300 grams Water 1 1/4 Cups
      5 grams Sugar 1 teaspoon
      5 grams Salt 3/4 teaspoon / fine sea salt
      35 Milliliters Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
      500 grams Bread flour 4 Cups
      3 grams Active dry yeast 1 teaspoon

    Should I add more water or oil if it's dry?

      If after it has mixed enough to combine but it is still dry then add a little water. But a little at a time.

    Question: if I left that dough in the bread machine until the very end, then press the BAKE button for maybe 20? Minutes, would it turn out to be white bread?

      You could make white bread with this recipe. I might try it just to see how it turns out. The recipe does make an incredible focaccia but I make that in the oven.

    .The old bread maker broke down, I bought a new one. In the old one, when I chose the Dough mode, it showed 1 hour 30 minutes. And in the new one it shows 6 HOURS 15 minutes. I just don't know what to do! All other modes in the Menu show the same time as in the old one - I kept the old instructions - and the Dough mode is so different! I already put all the ingredients ... I wanted to bake pies ...

    Will this dough recepi improve if you let the dough stay in the refrigerator over night? Or do you need to alter the recipe (add more or less yeast etc)?

      It will develop more flavor. You can use a little less yeast if doing overnight.

      @@vidarbentestuen3819 yes. Use the dough setting. Let it mix and rise. Remove, divide, form balls, place into oiled containers, cover and place into the fridge. Remove 1 to 2 hours before using them.

      2 clicks and I got straight to the amounts. Not sure why you couldn’t accomplish that. One click on the link he provided, then one click on the “Jump to Recipe” button that appears at the top of the blog post. Pretty typical for any recipe blog.
