Make Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough in a Bread Machine! Easy!

- Because I'm a bit lazy I decided to pick up a bread maker/machine to mix up my Neapolitan dough. It's too small to mix up properly in the Bosch and I don't like standing there with the hand mixer, so I gave this thing a shot. Let's see how it goes!

Totally agree. A bread machine rocks for making pizza and other doughs. I bought a second hand bread maker just for this purpose. Much cheaper than a KitchenAid .The messiest part of dough making, the initial knead, is done inside the bread machine leaving my countertop and hands clean.
For sure! Makes making small amounts (1 or 2 of these) quick and easy. My bosch just spins around the the dough on the sides if I try to do that.

Hi there. Pro-sumer maybe. The one i use is a heavily modified GAM oven. Not something you can find normally. You could get similar results from the Effeuno P134H (509?). Similar wattage (3000) but it comes that way stock. If you're in Europe that is! In North America options are much more limited. Good luck though!

Hello. I'm living in Korea so they're pretty easy to find here. If you're in another country I'm not sure. This sort of storage container is pretty common here. Maybe check the Korean grocer for something like Lock n' Lock products.

I used Caputo Pizzeria 00 flour for this one. It seems to be one of the favourites for Neapolitan. I've gone back to just basic all-purpose since then though.
