I too was in an interracial relationship that led to marriage. 37 years strong- until my husband passed away unexpectedly. I THINK of HIM EVERYDAY. We have a son. A drop dead, gorgeous son who has women drooling over him. Thank the Lord- he's handsome but doesn't know it. My husband and I endured a lot of prejudice, narrow minded bias at the inception of our togetherness in 1979- but we held on- held strong.
