being following your videos for about three months on and off, being pretty consistent with them for 3 weeks. this routine has been challenging and yet i can feel the change my body has gone thru to complete this, it wasn’t difficult! challenging, yes, difficult? i can do it again right now hehe never skipping the adds, get the hole payment girl
Tree first thing in the morning was a challenge 😂 I enjoyed this practice today. It felt good to get outside my box! My pose that has me feeling grounded is supported frog. I can really melt into that one and feel so safe❤
Good morning Bird, I loved your yoga exercise every day. Only Today the first part balances exercises are difficult for me. For all floor exercises, I feel more confident. Thank you for inspiring me daily to go to the mat. I am 67 years old with arthritis and pain so these exercises help me so much. ❤💐🫶

Rocking our knees back and forth on the mat while on our backs. As well as the side alternate to back stretches while seated at our own pace.
Downward dog makes me feel most grounded. I also enjoy the development of strength in that pose 😊
