I love the Amish people and their simple way of life, but they have ever day problems just we do . They are very hard workers and very skilled also . Always willing to give help if a helping hand is needed and are strict Christian people . They are people just like us that needs food to eat, so there is nothing wrong with them going through McDonald's . I'd say 6+ on the Henneke scale... definitely not on the lean side of 5. The ribs aren't even faintly visible and in general looks to me to be very lightly worked... likely a Sunday-go-to-church horse. The daily drivers around me are much more toned and tucked up more in the loins.
