I played this game all weekend when I was a child and I'd be more than willing to revisit this game today. I'm sure I'd enjoy it as much as I did back then.

I do, in fact, rate Digimon World 1 slightly higher than the original Pokemon (the only one I really cared for,) but aside from the general concept of brightly-colored monsters in another world, I don't really think DW1 is "Pokemon-like." The thing for me is, English is not my first language, I played this game when I was 8 I think in 2000, but got bored easily because I had no idea about how to play it. When I was 11 I replayed it, with a little English I learned from school and managed to beat Machinedramon in 3 months. After that I never played the game anymore, even today, but damn hearing this music makes my heart ache a lot. I replayed Digimon World 3 and Digimon Card Battle for many times already, but this game, oh this game is sacred, the next time I want to play it is when I have someone to accompany me. do you remember your first ultimate? i do, i has a centarumon, everthing stopped and I thought he was going to die, and suddenly he evolved into Andromon, I jumped out of the bed where I was sitting playing, I ran to look for my brother and he didn't believe me until he saw him, I remember going to the Native Forest to see how strong he was against a ModokiBetamon, epic childhood moment
This game was my favourite game for such a long time, i got my mum to buy it new for me it was very hard to find where i am in Australia at that time. I remember it was expensive and was all i wpuld get for my birthday and it is all i wanted. I played endlessly. My brother remembers this music and game inwas playing that often. I never fully understood the mechanics of it till i got a little older. This tune soothes me so much its so peaceful and nostalgic.
I remember i always save them in the digivice before they pass away so i could see them again. I feel so sad when they pass away :'( and also feeling appreciative towards them for letting the next digimon to have a more better facility and livelihood :'(
the soundtrack for this amazing is so charming and out all the games I played, this one has my favorite atmosphere of them all, and the craziest part is that is never played digimon world when I was a kid

Well, I was such a young stupid kid.
Maaan, all these junior high nostalgia pouring in.
do you remember your first ultimate? i do, i has a centarumon, everthing stopped and I thought he was going to die, and suddenly he evolved into Andromon, I jumped out of the bed where I was sitting playing, I ran to look for my brother and he didn't believe me until he saw him, I remember going to the Native Forest to see how strong he was against a ModokiBetamon, epic childhood moment
