    I have mugicha every day these days too! I love it so much because it doesn't have caffeine and you don't need to add sugar.
    I don't use hot water, I just leave it in cold water overnight.

    i have all of these teas in my house and drink them on a fairly regular basis. sometimes i do decaf versions of the caffeinated ones though. all delicious and with nice health benefits.
