Vlogs like these just reinforce the safety aspect in some pockets in these central American countries which is great to build confidence in potential investors. The streets look pretty lively

Lived in Antigua 3 years and scooped up some land while I was there before prices skyrocketed. Best investment ever. Antigua now is as expensive as US (or at least can be). But we are now locked in.
Keep in mind, as I’ve commented in other videos where you mentioned this beautiful go try, ca4 is for citizens only and residents do NOT benefit from CA4. And, Antigua is not in Guatemala City it is in the department of Sacatepequez :)❤❤

That was a smart move back then! Yes properties are scarce and quite expensive these days here.
Ps: Good point, I later realized I said “city” at the end 😅

True a hidden gem! Thanks to Guatemala’s overall reputation, you know what I mean 😊

While you're there, would you please take some notes on handicapped accessibility and accommodation? I'm looking to expatriate in a few years after my affairs here conclude, but I am disabled and need to find a place where (at the least) I can get around in a wheelchair and make my dwelling friendly to my use.

This is fantastic. If a citizenship from a CA-4 country (Honduras), how easy is it to live in another CA-4 country? Visa required?
