Thank you Nina and Seb to be a tour guide for viewers to see the life in Denmark for Vietnamese. Very interesting video. I hope to see you guys again in the future. Best of luck to Nina, Seb and Kyle.
So nice to see a Denmark travel vlog including Aarhus! It's the second largest city and the capital of Jutland (western Denmark), gives you a more honest and less metropolitan experience than Copenhagen.
Maegils Verden why would a dane watch a Vietnamese guy visiting asian restaurants in denmark Also its like that on every video, if its about the country everyone from there watches it
Great vlog. Such a nice couple. Nina's cool...and pretty. Lovely to see a sense of humor too. Goes along with your quirky but endearing humor. Rock on etc.
What foreigners need to keep in mind when grocery shopping is that the brands they know from home may not be all that popular here, so they're basically specially import goods which makes them way more expensive. The Budweiser beer is a good example of that, that's far more expensive than it should be (or that Americans are used to it being..) but that's because Budweiser really isn't a thing here, so very few of them are imported for those few expats or tourists who may want a taste of home or whatever. It's not like the price of that Budweiser is what every beer costs here after all. Doritos isn't really much of a thing here either, they exist but I don't think I've ever tasted them in my life. People tend to buy Danish brands or stuff like Pringles, Lay's etc. which are also commonly found just about everywhere. I've seen some Czech people get shocked at the price of Czech beer in Denmark as well, but that's for the same reason. We don't really drink Czech beer here even though it's pretty good. So any Czech beer found here is especially imported in smaller batches just for stores to expand their selection. :)
If you find the dears friendly you should try the dears in Scandinavisk Dyrepark (Scandinavian Animal park) not that far from Århus. Those animals are bloody intrusive. They'll roam though your pockets for food - and it not because they are not well-fed. It's a hit for kids.
My hair almost became straight last time i bought beers in norway, 52 kr around 7 dollar for 1box of 500ml/0,5L/5dl beer. And 42 kr around 5,5 dollar for a 330ml/0,33L/3,3dl beer on glass bottle.
But you realize in that article that it says Trump has given full authorization to the military, imagine if it was Hillary and she was asked if they could drop a MOAB, "less funding on defense"
jonjon quit talking about Hillary. I don't talk in hypothetical, only reality. She ain't President. Trump is President. Trump did NOT "[drop] a friggin MOAB right on ISIS" and he did not give the order. It was the general. That article disproves your original statement.
That store is one of the cheaper ones, and actually it doesn't exist anymore. You can get most thing at those prizes or lower elsewhere if you look for sales, but would be hard when you dont understand danish though c:
I fell in love with your friend/sister and her husband as well because I've seen them with you all these time and it's easy to like them because they're so genuinely reels /kinds and just simply beautiful people I wish to have friend like them
Why things cost more ind Denmark? Its becouse we have MOMS and SKAT that means when we buy stuff we give a little to the cummune. And SKAT means that we give 2% of all income to the state
Just FYI, Århus is fairly inexpensive compared with Copenhagen, but an awesome place regardless. I will however still recomend copenhagen, since it has LOADS of things to see!
just telling you, dont buy gas thats probably the most price difference we have from the US, you guys can buy a gallon for 4Kr even 3Kr if you are lucky yeah we buy a liter for 8Kr if we are lucky -_-
thank Kyle, I'm always curious how cold region look like so speak, people n culture n houses etc... deal with cold dingy boring dark dangerous etc... yr Danish guy friend by now I bet cuz he's always like chaperone u guys for fun n food, hihihih, seem down to earth guy, charm, hien`.
The cold is easy to deal with, the worst is the darkness, when you go to school/work it's dark, when you're in school/work the sun is up, when you leave school/work it's dark again, winter can get really depressing, but it is a nice contrast to our explosion of a spring and summer where the days are also much longer (roughly 18 hours on the longest day) and also why we call 15C "T-Shirt weather" you become less picky after 5-6 months of increasing darkness.
i honestly have no idea. it just depends on how much time i have to edit and how difficult the video will be to edit. some are easier than others. some videos might take me 4 to 6 hours others a week to edit. i will get it out as soon as possible. and there will be only 1 video in NYC
and also videos are seldom not released in order due to many reasons. for instance, i will release the winnipeg video i just filmed before some videos i filmed in february. its all about continuity and specific holidays or events. it's hard to say. it's a bit sporadic but it's the best i can do for the amount of edit time and filming days i have. plus, since I'm winding my channel down and looking at other means to rebuild, it really depends on what is ahead. as of right now, it's uncertain.
many many more to wrap up filming. since leaving vietnam i've been on the road documenting and filming the lives of vietnamese people abroad. many stories of vietnamese people still left to be edited.
I HATE how you go to Denmark and only go to restaurants from other countries in the winter time where the weather sucks it’s the stupidest thing to do while visiting Denmark, there are so Many stores from other countries that No one wants to visit
actually, maybe not. I thought Denmark prices would be similar to Norway's. In Norway, a can of cider/beer was about £5. Definitely the most expensive country I've visited.
He didn't go here, for the usual tourist experience, but to try out a normal day in life as a dane... and ya, we do eat a lot of take-out, being kebab, pizza, burgers etc etc....
depends what you're talking about, food is about the same all over Denmark, that depends more on the store you go into than where you are in the country. Housing however is the difference between a 600.000dkk villa in Jutland or a 4mill dkk 2room apartment in Copenhagen, quite the difference actually.
Omega1231 True, true... But there is a difference in for a 72m2 apartment in Jylland vs. a 72m2 apartment in Copenhagen. That if you can find a 72m2 apartment.

So glad you went out and experienced some of our nature. A must when visiting any Nordic country. Its where us Norse people go to be humbled.
As a person born and raised in Aarhus, it's weird seeing the city in a vlog from a travelers perspective. I'm glad you liked it!
I think it's pretty darn interesting to see your home from someone elses point of view. :)

I think in Denmark, the sales taxes are included.
That's the law.
if the sales tax is 25%, wouldn't you have to multiply with 0.75? Or is my math wrong?
SplintDK1976 Yes pleaaase, It's kinda scary how many people don't know this ;)
That's the case basically everywhere outside of the US.
richiesd1 yep, they are

I fell in love with your friend/sister and her husband as well because I've seen them with you all these time and it's easy to like them because they're so genuinely reels /kinds and just simply beautiful people I wish to have friend like them
Bazzaren in Århus is quite cheap. Everything there is at sales price.
Where do you find a Grocery Store that cheap in Denmark? It's like half price for everything
Why things cost more ind Denmark? Its becouse we have MOMS and SKAT that means when we buy stuff we give a little to the cummune. And SKAT means that we give 2% of all income to the state
Erh ... it's a good deal more than just 2%. :D

I'm from Denmark. Love to Nina and Seb.
So since you seem to be 5 months behind on your videos does that mean videos from NYC won't be out till Nov... just wondering
i honestly have no idea. it just depends on how much time i have to edit and how difficult the video will be to edit. some are easier than others. some videos might take me 4 to 6 hours others a week to edit. i will get it out as soon as possible. and there will be only 1 video in NYC
