The quality of the bread appears to be way better than what you typically get here in California, which is unsurprising (given European baking standards). Mexican bolillo bread is the best you can get typically in California in my opinion.

This is a very interesting combination of what "Viet Kieu" overseas are best known or famous for. In the US, i am not so sure this Nail Salon and Eatery is allowed. I am sure the health department will be a challenge. Most Nail salon are unsanitary, dusty and smelly. There are few that try to keep the smells and dust down. The owner all they care about is making a quick buck with a lot of hustling and shuffling customers around. Customer service and quality of work/material is rare. Even with the glass siding / separation, it's still too close, in my opinion. I know Walmart has a store in store configuration but each is tightly controlled / regulated and operated by different owner. This is definitely unique and Denmark is not the US.

Some swim year round. You just have to keep on from september. There are multipe videos on YT on winter swimming in DK. Winter swimming clubs in Copenhagen and Aarhus have year long waiting lists. So any thing can be a sport. Have done open water swimming a few times along the shore for 2K at 18C/65F in just shorts. I was good for 30 -40 min. The limit depends on your health. On a rocky coast there is a lot of wildlife below the surface. Sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, rowing, fishing are other popular sea sports in DK.
It is very Nobel that you are trying to promote Vietnames cultrures. However food and manicure can’t be mixed. Because when you are eating you want to smell the aroma from the food not the aroma from the the manicure chemicals.
