9x out of 10 people think the 40 has no oil pressure if it has no oil pressure the RPMs will be all over the place most likely in most situations it's the oil pressure sensor

Hooked up a oil pressure test gauge in the last vid and it had 2 psi at idle haha so this is that 1 out of 10 situation lol lucky me
All that work and didn't change the timing chain
