Some judges are deliciously brutal and others are still too lenient. Some sovcits are able to drag their case out for years and judges don't use contempt because it will just delay the case even more (and it won't change their behaviour). But I'd still like to see them use contempt more often, particularly against the more arrogant/rude defendants.

    SovTard mentality:
    (1) Commit a felony crime by being in possession of a controlled substance and act like being a Sovereign Citizen somehow gives you the freedom to carry and/or use that controlled substance in the United States. Blame cops for everything, bring up jurisdiction as much as possible!
    (2) Go to court and accept a PLEA DEAL from the D.A., thus acknowledging the jurisdiction of both the court and state by pleading guilty to a crime you ignorantly believe you didn't commit. Don't forget to keep blaming cops and their ability to arrest you in the first place. Nonetheless, you took the plea and admitted guilt AND jurisdiction of the court over you to avoid jail time. You got felony probation!
    (3) Once released immediately go back to using the same drugs that got you in trouble in the first place and just DON'T show up to your initial meet and greet with your probation officer. Like, wow.. you didn't even buy yourself a few weeks to a month, huh? You gave that freedom up within a WEEK. Then, after you no call/no show on your check-in, cops and your PO show up at your place and arrest you. Again, don't forget to ALWAYS blame the cops and their ability to arrest you 🤦‍♂️
    (4) Go before a judge for a SECOND time and act like you don't know why you're there. Be an idiot and represent yourself (of course). Also, AGAIN, try to blame the cops for arresting you in the first place and act like if ANY Sergeant could come in to testify then they would (a) magically side with YOU, and (b) somehow show that you were illegally arrested because you probably asked for a "supervisor" at time of arrest and they all basically told you to f--k off by ignoring you.
Outcome: If I was a betting man I'd wager (even IF he got a public defender) that his probation will be revoked. Meaning, since he already pleaded guilty to a felony then he will serve out the prison sentence for that felony, whatever it was. He was PROBABLY offered 5 years of felony probation (which a person like him could NEVER complete) in exchange for serving 3-5 years in state prison, or at least something equivalent. So basically, he's going to prison to serve at least the minimum before qualifying for parole or early release.
As a person who has successfully completed a 5 year felony probation term in NEW YORK, I can tell you.. it's hard. There are some people who would rather do 3 years in prison than do that shit. You are REQUIRED to maintain gainful employment, stay out of trouble at all times, you can't drink or do drugs, you are required to report in at a set time monhtly but they also have the right to call you in any time they want or show up at your home unannounced. There are random drug tests on top of scheduled ones. If you get caught ONCE drinking or drugging it's usually not the end of the world, but they WILL force you to do something like attend AA, NA, or an inpatient/outpatient rehab. Failure to comply is not an option. They even have the power to tell you who can and can not see. So if you use, say, your girlfriend or a certain friend as an excuse for doing drugs, like "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to use.. they were doing it in front of me and I just didn't have the willpower to say no," then they'll tell you to stop seeing that person and if they catch you with them it's a violation. ANY encounter with law enforcement needs to be immediately reported BY YOU (they WILL find out), even if it's something as simple and stupid as getting a warning for running a stop sign or something. You need to IMMEDIATELY report it to your PO or it's a violation. Failure to obey police officers is a major violation as well. Any arrest or even negative police report about your conduct is VERY bad. Oh.. and this is ALL on top of paying mandatory monthly fees. Sure, they'll work with you on this, but make no mistake you WILL pay it all or you'll never "pass" probation. Every drug test YOU have to pay for, every monthly visit YOU are charged a fee, if they force you to go to rehab and you don't have insurance you BETTER be able to pay for it. If you owe restitution (say, for theft charges) you have to pay a certain amount each month. They work with you on a minimum monthly payment, but ultimately they require the full balance of EVERYTHING you owe to be paid off before your term of probation ends, otherwise you risk not being let off probation, or in some states it might go back to the court and they'll garnish your wages to get what's owed. Something like that.
So yea.. does anyone REALLY think this guy could make it through felony probation?? Not many people can. It's extremely difficult for people with "bad habits" and ESPECIALLY for people who either aren't in school, maintaining a good job, or both. Probation is more forgiving if you're a student or a persevering hard worker. Without at least one of these things they won't give a shit about you, which is rightfully so. I didn't let felony probation hold me back. I did what I had to do and got through it and paid over $20k during the 5 years for this nonsense.
It's not easy and it's not meant to be easy. If you want EASY, then go to prison. That's easy. Sure, you don't get to have consensual sex with women, eat whatever you want, enjoy time with friends and family or by yourself doing your own hobbies.. but that's the choice you have to make. Do you want the hard "freedom" or do you want "easy" time served?

The next time you're in court, after making sure that the judge honors his oath, be sure that you're in an "Add Morality" court. If not, you can just walk out. They have no jurisdiction over you. I had a problem with Nevada, and after I determined that I was in an Add Morality court, everything was dismissed. Add Morality courts do exactly what the name implies." They include morality into their proceedings and judgments. This strategy isn't in many of our sites, blogs and chat rooms, but it's real and it works!
