Chillie is missing this video right now because HE'S STILL IN JAIL 🤣
TTU, baby!🤣
In the next cell, perhaps?
😂😂😂😂
his crocodile tears as he was standing in front of the judge were priceless. Mr. Big Alpha Male finally learned what FAFO means.
He's enjoying lots and lots of harsh jail buttzex
Let’s not forget the Judge doesn’t have jurisdiction… *yet **_somehow_** he’s in jail.*
🤯 *How is that possible?!* 🤯
Weird .Sends shivers down my spine .
🤯 indeed good sir
To them, it's state sponsored kidnapping and ransom. To some degree, I guess it fits.

Excuse me, is Tuesday following Monday under common law or Admiralty law jurisdiction?

I miss my mullet and Ford SHO from the early 90s so much
How can he claim he doesn't remember the arresting officers? You know he shrieked for their name and badge number at least 500 times during the arrest.
That's something I can believe
I heard one calling for badge and name number - funny AF
You should never mess with Santa's evil brother, Fighting Claus. He's the worst.
He can't even string a small sentence together. What a fool.
Time to go to 3rd grade again-oops, he already spent three years there before.
@@kentfuqua9634 Are you sure he left 2nd?
It took him one week to violate his probation. 🤣
Thought it would take less than that.
Good luck, trying to Fix Stupid.
@Jeff-ok6dr probably took a lot less than that., If it was last week, and he is already arrested and in front of the judge. My guess is a revocation was filed the next day because he failed to report 😆
😂
Well, since he apparently doesn't have any sense of time ("I saw you last week"), it might be any duration.
Is this guy a Constitutional law scholar? I wouldn't be surprised.
Oh I know one of those let me check with him right quic-oh wait, he’s in jail

100% decastrol
He's 100% sure he is. And at the same time he doesn't recognize the validity of that same Constitution.
Court Appointed Attorneys are not secretaries , just like he is not a intelligent human being !
It's interesting to watch the progression of these judges as they deal with these folks. Way less tolerance than they originally had.
Some judges are deliciously brutal and others are still too lenient. Some sovcits are able to drag their case out for years and judges don't use contempt because it will just delay the case even more (and it won't change their behaviour). But I'd still like to see them use contempt more often, particularly against the more arrogant/rude defendants.
I can see a new meme. This is your brain (holds egg), this is your brain on drugs (cracks egg into frying pan), this is your brain on sovcit (pan bursts into flame and burns down house).

I was thinking about the late Bill Hicks when you said that
Something tells me he's going to go from a simple probation violation and possible release to 60 days in for contempt of court.
3:45 “We’ve dealt with you before.” Ahhh, fond memories, I’m sure.
A friend of mine used to say "Everyone has the right to be stupid, but some people just abuse the privilege". I'm sure that applies here
"I demand any state sergeant appear in uniform" sounds like a stripper request,
He wants a jury of his peers? I don't think they're going to find that many kindergarteners to be free to be in his jury.
Revoke him and give him the max.
Is he auditioning for a part in Dumb & Dumber 3? Because he nailed it!
This mofo thought he could get a jury trial on a probation violation. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
"I'm representing myself, but I do want a court appointed personal assistant, preferably one who is a good cook!"
He doesn't remember the names of his arresting officers? Did he not ask them 900 times for name and badge number when he was arrested? Sov cit fail! 😂😂😂
Why do these clowns continue to use this nonsense as a defence? Has it ever worked? 😂
He's in jail and is still trying this nonsense
@@ArlecchinoAKAFatherdoes selling dr*** or ste00ing count?
No, it doesn't "work."
America has been relentlessly waging war on its own rural and semi-rural communities for so long that this is the only way these people feel any sort of power.
Don't worry about them doing this.
Worry when they STOP doing this.
Never … not one time. 😂
I bet he wants the uniformed officer there for him to try to order the officer to arrest the judge.
You’re probably right!
Then why ask for a state police officer, why not a sheriff lol
Monday April 8th at 3:30? He gonna miss the eclipse!
Yeah, he'll want to stare at the sun.🤔😉
As a retired probation officer I am looking forward to the hearing.
After the first interruption: send him to jail for 90 days, tell him for every word he will go to jail for 90 days! Then it stops.
That just wastes time.
He's already in custody. Revoking probation means prison time. There's no need to do anything that might put off his date with his new celly, Bubba.
This is why you shouldn't sleep with siblings.
It's painful listening to this thing !
Judge i demand you prove to me that you have authority over me even though you had me brought before you against my will!
Why is there even a trial or hearing?? He clearly violated probation and should be tossed in jail!
Presumption of innocence, right to trial, habeas corpus. For grown ups with brains, it’s a chance for them to renegotiate their parole and not land back in prison.
He'll be in jail until his hearing, dont worry
His idiocy is why he needs to show up on person, FFS. This guy is a complete moron
why would there be a trial isn't it just him and the judge and prosecutor for this
@@jodiforeman3314 That's still a trial, judge makes a determination whether the facts as stated are true or not. The prosecution still has to prove he didn't show up for his parole.
Isn’t this the guy who ghosted the judge during his sentencing? 🤦🏾♀️😂
"Thats not how this works, thats now how any of this works" imagine how much worse the legal system in America would be if they could do that 😂
This guy is a case study in how to screw everything up just by talking he can't even spout his own bs except in sentence fragments
It’s because he doesn’t have his handy script he bought from his ex con ‘legal professional guru’ 🤷♀️
His wardrobe will continue to feature orange for a significant period of time, methinks.

great judge i agree
It's incomprehensible, and illiterate! Ladies and gentlemen I give you humanity 2024
How this judge didn't slap him with more time for contempt of court is beyond me.
The most devastating thing to tell a SovCit in court is, "Don't interrupt me.". Without the ability to disrupt proceedings, they have nothing.
I HATE when they use "With all due respect."
Respect is the last thing these clowns have or are due. 😡
A neighbors son ran in my apartment one day.
He saw two bondsmen driving up the entrance to our complex.
The kud hid behind my door, when the bondmen came through the backdoor they saw him easily.
I've never understood why they refuse to show up rather than go to jail.
Thing is, he's not too far down the rabbit hole and can escape from his delusions. He just needs a wake-up call to realise that he is or has been deluded.
You know ... I always assumed the paint chip remarks were satirical in nature. I am starting to wonder if that assumption was wishful thinking on my part.
What happens if the Sergeant shows up with gold fringe? Is he now an Admiral?
SovCits are mind-numbingly numb.
Nooo, not Fighting Clause!
The guy who kicks in your front door on Dec. 25th and leaves you with a black eye, a broken nose, a dislocated jaw and a whining sovcit in your stocking.
And then flips you off while consuming the milk & cookies.
Humanity is doomed if it keeps spawning creatures like this. I give up !
Fortunately, the vast majority of actual morons are kept indoors and what few leak out are quietly wasting away, leaving THESE nitwits to make the news. Try watching an entire judge's docket some day for 5 or 6 hours and see how many defendants are anywhere NEAR as mouthy and ignorant as this clown. That's why we love TS and friends who weed these out for our enjoyment.
I have noticed in 99+% of these videos, that the defendants all have one thing in common, they refuse to listen. They constantly cutoff people and speak over them.
I'm starting to think that is what they are told to do. Even the ones that are unsure of themselves and don't know the script try that same nonsense.
Failure to report…..apparently, he seemed to think that his probation terms didn’t apply to him…
Fighting clause?
This guy is asking for trial by combat over here...
I thought maybe it referred to a requirement in his probation that prohibits fighting, or something like that.
Wait a minute! Did he just demand the arresting officer’s supervisor in court? This is truly next level madness.
And in his best uniform 😂😂😂😂
Something tells me subsequent appearances are unlikely to make much more sense than this hearing did....but thanks, TS, for keeping the laughs coming and the eyes rolling...😁😁
Hope you are really enjoying ur traveling
"traveling"?!
I think many of us were hoping for the Chille Decastro update!
The more sovcits talk, the deeper they willingly dig. It truly is amazing and damn near unbelievable!
These "Constitutional Law Scholars" look so good in orange (and even better with silver bracelets)!
I love the "Bye have a great time" clip. It always makes me chuckle.
The judge needs to be strict on this guy for continually interupting. By allowing it he doesn't learn anything!!
Amusing he's trying to force the court to provide a jury trial for probation violation which isn't a crime, it's a violation of the contract he agreed to iin order to avoid serving the sentence in jail that's the alternate when probation requirements aren't fulfilled.
This guy can’t answer a simple question.
“Jury of MY peers” they always think that means fellow SovCits. 1) No 😂 2) They wouldn’t come anyway because they wouldn’t think the court had jurisdiction to summon them 😂😂😂
lots of jury pools are created from lists of driver licenses, homeowners and registered voters, of which only a few sovcits might participate.

SovTard mentality:
(1) Commit a felony crime by being in possession of a controlled substance and act like being a Sovereign Citizen somehow gives you the freedom to carry and/or use that controlled substance in the United States. Blame cops for everything, bring up jurisdiction as much as possible!
(2) Go to court and accept a PLEA DEAL from the D.A., thus acknowledging the jurisdiction of both the court and state by pleading guilty to a crime you ignorantly believe you didn't commit. Don't forget to keep blaming cops and their ability to arrest you in the first place. Nonetheless, you took the plea and admitted guilt AND jurisdiction of the court over you to avoid jail time. You got felony probation!
(3) Once released immediately go back to using the same drugs that got you in trouble in the first place and just DON'T show up to your initial meet and greet with your probation officer. Like, wow.. you didn't even buy yourself a few weeks to a month, huh? You gave that freedom up within a WEEK. Then, after you no call/no show on your check-in, cops and your PO show up at your place and arrest you. Again, don't forget to ALWAYS blame the cops and their ability to arrest you 🤦♂️
(4) Go before a judge for a SECOND time and act like you don't know why you're there. Be an idiot and represent yourself (of course). Also, AGAIN, try to blame the cops for arresting you in the first place and act like if ANY Sergeant could come in to testify then they would (a) magically side with YOU, and (b) somehow show that you were illegally arrested because you probably asked for a "supervisor" at time of arrest and they all basically told you to f--k off by ignoring you.
Outcome: If I was a betting man I'd wager (even IF he got a public defender) that his probation will be revoked. Meaning, since he already pleaded guilty to a felony then he will serve out the prison sentence for that felony, whatever it was. He was PROBABLY offered 5 years of felony probation (which a person like him could NEVER complete) in exchange for serving 3-5 years in state prison, or at least something equivalent. So basically, he's going to prison to serve at least the minimum before qualifying for parole or early release.
As a person who has successfully completed a 5 year felony probation term in NEW YORK, I can tell you.. it's hard. There are some people who would rather do 3 years in prison than do that shit. You are REQUIRED to maintain gainful employment, stay out of trouble at all times, you can't drink or do drugs, you are required to report in at a set time monhtly but they also have the right to call you in any time they want or show up at your home unannounced. There are random drug tests on top of scheduled ones. If you get caught ONCE drinking or drugging it's usually not the end of the world, but they WILL force you to do something like attend AA, NA, or an inpatient/outpatient rehab. Failure to comply is not an option. They even have the power to tell you who can and can not see. So if you use, say, your girlfriend or a certain friend as an excuse for doing drugs, like "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to use.. they were doing it in front of me and I just didn't have the willpower to say no," then they'll tell you to stop seeing that person and if they catch you with them it's a violation. ANY encounter with law enforcement needs to be immediately reported BY YOU (they WILL find out), even if it's something as simple and stupid as getting a warning for running a stop sign or something. You need to IMMEDIATELY report it to your PO or it's a violation. Failure to obey police officers is a major violation as well. Any arrest or even negative police report about your conduct is VERY bad. Oh.. and this is ALL on top of paying mandatory monthly fees. Sure, they'll work with you on this, but make no mistake you WILL pay it all or you'll never "pass" probation. Every drug test YOU have to pay for, every monthly visit YOU are charged a fee, if they force you to go to rehab and you don't have insurance you BETTER be able to pay for it. If you owe restitution (say, for theft charges) you have to pay a certain amount each month. They work with you on a minimum monthly payment, but ultimately they require the full balance of EVERYTHING you owe to be paid off before your term of probation ends, otherwise you risk not being let off probation, or in some states it might go back to the court and they'll garnish your wages to get what's owed. Something like that.
So yea.. does anyone REALLY think this guy could make it through felony probation?? Not many people can. It's extremely difficult for people with "bad habits" and ESPECIALLY for people who either aren't in school, maintaining a good job, or both. Probation is more forgiving if you're a student or a persevering hard worker. Without at least one of these things they won't give a shit about you, which is rightfully so. I didn't let felony probation hold me back. I did what I had to do and got through it and paid over $20k during the 5 years for this nonsense.
It's not easy and it's not meant to be easy. If you want EASY, then go to prison. That's easy. Sure, you don't get to have consensual sex with women, eat whatever you want, enjoy time with friends and family or by yourself doing your own hobbies.. but that's the choice you have to make. Do you want the hard "freedom" or do you want "easy" time served?

The judge said possession of a controlled substance.
Those drugs are scrambling whatever is left in that Sovereign Noggin of his.
8:15 I thought he was gonna say “I’m sorry I thought this was America”
The next time you're in court, after making sure that the judge honors his oath, be sure that you're in an "Add Morality" court. If not, you can just walk out. They have no jurisdiction over you. I had a problem with Nevada, and after I determined that I was in an Add Morality court, everything was dismissed. Add Morality courts do exactly what the name implies." They include morality into their proceedings and judgments. This strategy isn't in many of our sites, blogs and chat rooms, but it's real and it works!

Skeptic: You were ON today,brother....HILARIOUS!
He's a joke - the police arrested you cause of you violated probation - the police has nothing to do with you violating probation. He needs to have an on going classes/training on all about VIOLATING PROBATION.
He wants to put on a show of how they want officers to do their job instead of them doing the job they are trained to do
Boy this tactic worked SO WELL the last time, let's do it all over again!
