Yes to NO HEAT! Most of these pieces have a pressed on/glued tag so when you apply heat it’ll just peel off. Learned this the hard way when I put my logo hoodie to dry cuz I was impatient😭😭now it’s just a blank hoodie with a outline of where the logo used to be😪😭
The extra towel tip for the dryer is fireeee thx for that, air dry always takes forever so that helps. Sometime I throw in dryer sheets too so it’s still soft when it comes out

now I only need help with my Dove hoodie lol. I have no idea how to dry it, it is so thick that it cant air dry on its own, especially in these cold temperatures. its been drying for 3 days now and it is still a bit wet.
I would follow the directions on the garment … they aren’t going to out directions on there that would ruin the piece … I will say that if you just tumble dry it for a bit and then hang dry it, it would have less water and not be as heavy .. but I hang dry most of my things and then just iron or steam them once they’re dry and they’re all fine 🤷🏻♂️
@@LamboAndyI feel u. Just in experience. When hanging let’s say hoodies. It will stretch a bit and then you get those indentions from the hanger. I usually just lay it out on a towel.
I let my heavy garments, the like double layered zip-hoodies dry on the floor. Just a few flip now and then. When hanging them to dry, they will loose their fit becuase their is so heavy
I’ve not had any issues with them loosing shape. You can always air dry them for like an hour and then hang dry them just to get rid of any excess water. But I say do whatever works for you !! 💯💯
Yeah, this is all exactly right. I've been using delicate cold water and turning the clothes inside out for like as long as I can remember specifically with this cotton stuff, of course even my durable hiking gear every once in a while I may wash it normal by accident and I can actually see damage the logo hoodie with that small little gap logo on the neck. I washed it once not turned inside out and now it's just a black little square it's fine. I don't really care, but I was kind of surprised that came off although I would like to know which ones are specifically hand washed only some of my clothes I can just eyeball it and it's easy to tell this is probably not gonna do too well in the washing machine and it's not necessary to do that. A lot of the stuff that I wear that I sweat in I also kind of hand wash those their design really not to smell and they don't really need a thorough wash. They don't look like they've been washed ever for such a long time. If you do wash them it's just not exactly necessary, but yeah, you're exactly right. Glad you made this video because I have so many friends that turn the heat all the way up and put it in heavy duty and I'm like no stop that's only for like towels or something and that's not necessary so good job. I think there's some people that really need to understand delicate cold and turning your clothes, inside out is probably the smartest way to wash almost any clothes when in doubt!!!!

@ 100% cold water, inside out, delicate you can’t go wrong, I actually hand wash my Northface gear. 70% of logos are iron on and the material is anti-odor so there’s no point to even bother with soap unless I’m doing a mud run. And I appreciate you telling people that the metal walls on the inside of the washing machine will remove the graphics on your clothing. That’s a huge one! 100% Respect Lambo 👊🏽
lucky only the logos on the inside of my tee’s peeled off due to improper washing (hot) & drying (hot) I have now learned but my no seem (jesus like) logo tee has tested the strength of time not peeling the logo even tho i’ve washed it and dried it in heat

Get an iron or steamer for after it’s dry and it will fix that right up. You can also wash with detergent AND fabric softener as well.

Inside out, in the dryer with NO HEAT … put a dry towel in with it … but don’t use any heat and have it inside out !!
