Yes, you can see the bond between him and the dog. Sad that the dog died about 2 months ago. But this is the thing with a dog, from day one you usually expect that you will outlive your dog and will have to cope with the loss.
I’m glad people from all clubs get to see what Roy Keane is all about. They likely may not have taken to the man when their team played against him but he was simply magnificent. I work in a popular London tourist attraction and see famous people all the time (footballers, actors, musicians, politicians etc), The absolute most I would do is smile, say their name and give them a fist bump without making a scene. If I really respected them I would shake their hand.

Watching Roy Keane play was pleasure tbh. Kept it simple and played with passion. It is not by chance that Forest and Man Utd had massive boosts in results and performance when he was on the pitch for them, a passion and toughness you don’t see in the modern game. He would certainly make my toughest players XI along with a lot of the old Wimbledon “Crazy Gang”. Simple way of play, but certainly effective, team leader, midfield general, tough as nails, fearless, all words you can use to describe him but it was also clear he had a father-like quality that help nurture the likes of the Neville brothers, Giggs, Beckham, Scholes and Butt which brought United the success they enjoyed.
